This is our second time coming to the resort and it keeps getting better. We stayed in an updated room which was lovely (2317 and 2318) we had pool and ocean view. Great location to everything. The bracelet is your room key which we love! We are a family of 3 adults and 2 children. The beach is beautiful. Pools are nice! Weligton and the crew at the beach bar are always friendly. The entertainment team works hard in the heat! We thought the main buffet could use more new foods added - same thing everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner.. the restaurants were all great! Nice to switch up from the buffet but you have to book early. We found it difficult to get a good seat on the beach if you didn’t go reserve early morning- in the afternoon we had no issues! The staff at the front desk accommodated us for a late check out as we didn’t leave till 8pm. Enjoy your stay.

Great time at the hotel
We stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks in February/March and we had a great time. The room (no. 2236) was good and the location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. Nice hotel that almost has everything. The hotel is well cleaned everywhere. The staff is very friendly and they really work hard to keep the hotel so clean and tidy. The beach is absolutely wonderful and we were there most of the time during the day. On the way to the reception there was an area with some animals that were fun to watch (turtles, iguanas and many different birds) Unfortunately there are a couple of things that were less good - the music in the buffet restaurant was incredibly loud, it starts already at breakfast. I know other people who chose not to go to that restaurant because they couldn't stand the loud music. At dinner it might be ok but at breakfast you might want a little more soft music. Not a very big problem but maybe it can be fixed? - the beach has many sun loungers but in front of many of them there is a volleyball court and there you had to be prepared for hard balls landing in your sun lounger, sometimes it really hurt. Try to choose a sun lounger further away from the court. We had a great time and will be back att the hotell next year in februari.

May 05, 2025I wont return to this resort
The resort is nice. Rooms were ok but the door didnt lock in my son’s room, and we contacted reception twice to fix it, but it was never done. If the door wasn’t shut all the way the air conditioning would stop working. The food was the same every day nothing exciting. The entertainment was also mediocre. There was no nightlife. There is a lot that needs updated or repaired. The rooms felt wet from the air-conditioning. The only thing open is a 24 hour sports bar. There is a rooftop bar that is open from four until midnight. That is very nice and they make very good drinks. It has a beautiful view. I found some of the staff to be very unpleasant and often rude. I would never return to this resort because the beach vendors were constant every day all day they even come up in between beach chairs. The sand was nice but the water had alot of seaweed. Sometimes made it unpleasant to be in the water. Some days the workers were out early to clean it all up from the beach some days they weren’t. The gardeners were out every day taking care of the grounds as well as the pools are being cleaned daily. Nice resort, but I personally wouldnt return.

I am here at the caribe the animation team juilo is el mejor the beach is the best and the food is very good yatusabe. They have 3 beautiful pools and the people are very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for everything this hotel for my is the best

Came here for 18 nights to celebrate my wife's birthday (50th) and our 31st wedding anniversary.so for the first 10 days..room ok, basic but you only sleep shower and dress.food-unable to book any restaurants..drinks poor quality.last 8 days upgraded to platinum 3 bars had no cans of Heineken and 1 had no Malibu (which is her favourite drink).ordered food at the platinum area, waiter got the order wrong twice, ordered a baked potato came out freezing cold and uncooked in the middle. Entertainment is bad, they only cater for Spanish, getting served at the bar,well let's just say you need 2 things , a pair of breasts for the server to stare at and be able to speak Spanish, if not you will be last in line. Went to the Fogo restaurant and everyone else got served and we were left in a corner having to ask servers for food. Felt like I was begging to be fed.then 3 days in to platinum package found out we were missing most items in the room we should have been given at the start of the platinum package. Had a pair of reading glasses stolen from the room Basically the hotels is racist against English. Unfortunately I could only go as low as 1 start. Still here for another 4 days. The hotel has ruined our Birthday celebrations and wedding anniversary celebrations... if you are English...STAY AWAY...NOT SURE HOW TUI CAN ADVERTISE THIS HOTEL IN THE UK.Guest relations you have my email.
