Cap Juluca has the most beautiful water I have ever seen! the resort is beautiful - the food is great - the staff is great - if you are loooking for a place just to relax in a gorgeous setting, this is the place for you!

The manager made us feel very special and we had the best time
My friend and I recently stayed for 3 nights at Cap Juluca. There were problems with our room, and had to move rooms twice which was very disappointing. The manager (Eleonor) saw our disappointment and said she would make our trip better. She really did make it better! From pampering us with spa to horse riding, we had the BEST time! A special thank you to her! There is just one thing that could have made it better - the butler service. The website, and the pamphlet that was given to us when we arrived, adverse for 24 hour butler service. However, our butler only worked 8 hours a day. During our stay, he also had one day off and we were placed with another butler who only worked 7 hours a day. When we asked the receptionist the reason for not providing 24 hour butler service, her only response was that "you can call the receptionist if you need something". Well... true, but you should not advertise 24 hour butler then! A lot of us prefer texting instead of calling every time we need something. The website also said "Bath amenities by L'Occitane en Provence", which is also not true. However this doesn't bother us.

Amazing Hotel and impeccable service
Impeccable property and service. The most pristine beach. A wonderful stay start to finish. A very special place.

Best hotel in the Caribbean, best service, best everything!
We recently took a trip to Cap Juluca in April 2025 with my husband and 7 year old daughter. We LOVED all aspects of our stay. We travel around the world and splurge on nice luxury resorts and this is on our top list. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful--you can see some beautiful fish and typically the water is super calm, clear and sky blue. The food is wonderful--we ate at Cips (Italian) on several occassions and tried new dishes everynight and everything was good! We had lunch at Cap Shack and Uchu and loved everything. For our last night, we had a romantic dinner at Pimms--they position the light to look out into the water and the tables are so close to the edge that it seems like you are almost dining right on the water. A few other things--the champagne sabering everyday at 6pm is wonderful (don't miss it!); the spa is one of the best and LOVED my massage and facial with Princess; the kids club is so much fun (my 7 year old preferred the club over the beach some days!).

Amazing!
Most amazing trip. Cap Juluca exceeded expectations. The beach and facilities were incredible. Service and employees couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. Not cheap but that wasn’t a surprise and it was worth it for the experience
