Great resort and excellent staff. Rooms are great, very clean, perfect room service and a place to hangout if it rains- Nook, the best cafe. Choice of party pool. Choice of restaurants. Can use restaurants in adjacent resort. Entertainment.

Amazing place
The overall experience was all i could’ve wanted in a resort and more.iwent from Nov 16 to the following Tues from day one this place was on it its a party resort so the pool was always pumping jams they have a DJ till 7pm i usually take my speakers on my vacay i didnt need it this time the staff and everyone from the cleaning to bartenders are all friendly and acknowledge you i was very happy with the survice provided they had a neon pool party 10000% recommend it all in all everyday i was there i was never bored or tired im definitely going back cause i didnt do any tours this time around.

Very basic resort. Food was ok but nothing special. Service was not good at restaurants. Staff seemed to hate their jobs! Very unhappy all the time. Not good entertainment team (they just hang out with white good looking girls) Great Indoor food service. Dj sucks! basic and repetitive songs, everyday! The club was empty all the time and looked like a Dr office! (couches at the dance floor!) Check in and out staff expect tips. Coffee was great at Nook but the snacks were horrible!

Awesome Honeymoon Experience
Visited ih December for honeymoon. The Xhale club is definitely worth it! Our concierge Emilo was awesome very accommodating and had a solution for all our needs! Certainly a party resort, I really enjoyed the DJs music selections. Fantastic resort

The resort is okay, nothing to crazy. It's 45-60 minutes from the airport. The food was nothing special, the rooms can use an update. its great for younger crowds who want to go as huge group but don't expect anything special Andrea at the Xhale beach bar was the best.
