May 01, 2025Don’t be fooled by the stars
This hotel lost its culture. Food was bland, drinks suck, TV did not work. The so called VIP was horrible. While everyone got drinks by the pool the VIPs had to walk across the resort to get their drinks. Don’t expect a party. Music is lame. Skip this resort.

May 01, 2025Breathless - Amazing resort!
Just came back from this amazing resort, staff from the front desk to the restaurant staff were absolutely amazing, nothing was too big or small for them. There was a problem with the tv and the jacuzzi, called the front desk to notify them and they came within the hour. The resort itself is very beautiful and picturesque, very clean and spacious. All the food from the buffet to all the restaurants were delicious! Ordered room service on our last day and Victor came to deliver and was very friendly and polite. Overall, I would definitely return in the future.

Forget Riu its now Breathless
fabulous resort, top shelf liquer, restaurant food was superb with no waiting, we will be back 100%. Always been to the riu palace all over in the past but this is a serious upgrade. Great rooms, great service throughout. why have i not stayed at these in the past i ask myself

Amazing girls trip
Amazing girls trip! I will definitely go back again in the future. The resort was beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The service was amazing. We needed extra towels and hangers. We put a request in and had them within a 1/2 hour. The staff was always friendly and they always had smile on their faces. As far as food goes, we went to the buffet the first night. It was good except I felt that the hot food could’ve been a little warmer. We ate breakfast and lunch there throughout the week and the food was delicious and we had many choices. We also went to the French restaurant which I found was OK. I had the chicken which I thought was a little dry, but my friends had the salmon which they said was delicious.We went to the hibachi restaurant which was also really good but our favorite was the Strip Grill. I would recommend making a reservation though. We went there twice and both times we had at least a half hour wait. We also loved the wink bar and the nook. We did use some of the amenities at the Dreams Onyx. We went to their sports bar as well as the lazy river. We also sat at their beach one of the days as our beach had a lot of seaweed and was rough that particular day. We had one of the swim rooms, which was perfect for us. We often sat out there at night, listening to the music. The only issue we had was the night of the neon light party. It’s located the Freestyle pool, which was directly across from our room and it was very very loud. So if you don’t like really loud music, you might want to find something else to do that night. we actually went and walked around the Onyx. All in all, it was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely go back.

Aniversario de ensueño
Fue nuestra tercera vez en este maravilloso hotel. Esta vez fuimos a celebrar nuestro aniversario y no sólo cumplieron nuestras expectativas, sino que las superaron .Nuestra habitación la 2298 con unas vistas impresionantes al mar , terraza privada con Jacuzzi, 2 baños y otro jacuzzi interior. Impecable siempre gracias a nuestra limpiadora Kenia Silveira . Nuestro conserje Yimi Ramos , que es la tercera vez que solicitamos que nos atienda, siempre pendiente a cumplir nuestros deseos y que no nos faltase nada .Las increíbles fiestas y shows. Los maravillosos restaurantes , con una comida exquisita. Su espectacular Spa . Y como olvidar su fantástica playa. Un hotel para relajarse, divertirse. Deseando poder volver el próximo año.
