    Great time

    We really enjoyed staying at this resort. The food was good and so were the drinks. They had a ton of towels and fun things happening during the day. The resort had more young people at it but there were more chill areas as well. The beach is very busy but we liked seeing families there with their kids. Overall, I would recommend this resort.

    Loved this place

    We stayed Jan 18-25, 2025. I’ll start with the bad stuff: it was partly cloudy for half the week and one day was a rainout. That’s the only bad stuff! The room was great. We had a hot tub on our balcony overlooking the Gulf of MEXICO. Shower was nice, refrigerator was stocked daily, room service was good. The food was marvelous. We ate at the Mexican, Asian, and Italian restaurants. The buffet might have been the best dinner we had. The breakfast buffet was incredible. All varieties of food were available in the morning. The bar service was also great. Never asked for something that they couldn’t provide. We stayed on the resort the entire time. There were three pools, two of them rooftop. One was for the upgraded guests only and was twenty stories up. Not overly crowded and prompt service at the swim up bar. The other rooftop bar was a party all the time with music and dancers. Also had a grill where I had one of the better burgers I’ve had. The ground floor pool was great fun despite the cloudy days. The entertainment staff was, well entertaining! They made a point of learning our names and had little pool games for everybody to play. David, Mel, and Samantha really contributed to our good time. And our waitress made frequent trips and kept our glasses full. Special shout out to Arturo at the concierge desk. The Monday of our stay was the night of the college football national championship. We’re from Ohio and it was critical that we got to watch the game. Arturo told us it would be on in the night club. Due to the weather they had to move that night’s karaoke into the night club. Arturo made some calls and arranged for the game to be shown in another room. There were plenty of Ohio State fans there to enjoy the game with. Thanks Arturo!

    A GREAT overall experience - HIGHLY recommended

    This resort is excellent. The staff is some of the very best I've ever seen. The restaurants and food is excellent and our overall experience was much better than we've experienced at other resorts. We'll certainly come back. A very pleasurable time. A++++

    3 of 5 for Breathlessness Cancún Soul

    Silk City restaurant that was on the roof top was amazing. The restaurant was overlooking the city with great food and great views along with chef Eric who was amazing along with the waiters as well. The chef was very accommodating and food was great.

    Not the Best by far

    Best part is the roof top pool. Restaurants were a joke, not anything like the other resorts that I've stayed, food not good. Beach is next to public parking, so it was terribly crowed with all local residents and children. No entertainment. Many better choices in Cancun.
