Nov 19, 2024Good if you're drunk, bad if you are sober
The water coming from the shower and sink had a very bad smell, similar to sewage, which made us uncomfortable bathing and brushing our teeth. The air conditioner leaked every day, leaving the floor constantly wet. Food and beverages are no longer premium as they were before the pandemic, which significantly reduces the hotel’s competitive edge against others. Something very concerning I noticed one night was that one of your employees brought escort girls into the hotel to try to engage with intoxicated guests. I observed this near the pool area and initially thought I might be imagining it. When nothing came of it, the employee discreetly led the girl to the lobby, where he introduced her to another pair of hotel guests she eventually approached. It is appalling that the hotel appears to be enabling prostitution on its premises.

The drink choices are very cheap and makes you sick the second day. Paying this much money for a vacation and don't have good drinks in the resort. Had to purchase drinks from outside. Very disappointed. I don't not recommend this place for anyone. I would rather go somewhere that can accommodate my needs for the choice of food and drinks.

Nov 18, 2024Beautiful resort. Fun trip with friends.
This was a great destination for our trip with friends. 3 well-kept pools, each with a different vibe depending on your mood for the day, plus beach access. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of activities and entertainment on-site. We loved starting our morning with the group fitness class with Danielle. Biggest complaint would be that it can take a few hours for your room service to be delivered, and if you are traveling with a big group, it can be hard to be seated at the specialty restaurants. Otherwise, lovely all-inclusive hotel!

Overall service was terrible and the food was below par at every location. Why would you close the buffet for dinner when that would be a go to in case you were wanting something fast and not type specific. Bars consistently out of things. Will not return to this resort.
