    Bachelorette trip at Breathless

    I LOVED staying at the Breathless Resort. The employees were so attentive and made sure you were enjoying yourself at any location in the resort. I went with other girls for a bachelorette trip and they were able to put us all on the same floor which was helpful for us and we were very appreciative. The pools were so nice and big, especially the rooftop pool. Only thing I would say is to keep the pools open longer. The buffet had so many options that I felt overwhelmed the first time I walked in there but in a good way! I would definitely come here again, preferably soon!

    Breathless was Superb.

    This resort really surprised me, the atmosphere, food options are second to none. All staff amazing, special shout-out to Silvia, server at main lobby bar, she is the star of this resort. Special features with Xhale Club are nice, beautiful rooms with unique features. All in all, I would go back.

    Breakfast is a must at Silk City.

    We had the best customer service thanks to Deysi, Monica, Jonathon and Samuel at Silk City for breakfast each day…. also the chef, but I did not get her name. We checked out today The service they provided throughout the entire week was wonderful and they all made sure we had an excellent last day experience today…..The chef made a special breakfast for my wife and I that was awesome . We would also like to recognize Emi and Irvin at the exhale club lounge bar. Their customer service is top-notch! My wife discovered espresso martinis and is hooked thanks to those two guys!!! ask them for a mini beer and Mexican candy shot. You will not be disappointed. Housekeeping was also great for our entire stay. We will be back next year! Great resort and experience.

    Phenomenal Resort

    I honestly have no complaints of the Breathless Soul Cancun! Went as a couple for 7 days. Check-in was quick! The service from housekeeping to servers were phenomenal! The beach is calm and not deep, perfect for me! One of the best beaches in Cancun! The beds were super comfortable and a few different options for pillows. Air conditioner in the room worked great! Booked a trip to Ila Mujeres with Gloria Lizbeth, Avalon Adventures Travel, for the day! Gloria spoke English very well and made sure everything was taken care of for us. Don’t listen to the bad reviews and book this resort!

    Good food, poor entertainment

    You won’t find better food at a resort! Staff were great and food was outstanding. If you want the full vacation with entertainment, this is not the place for you. There is little entertainment and activities. It’s a great place to vacation if you want great food and a good nights sleep.
