The entire program is very very good l will recommend to all my Canadian friends and family, this is the best hotels. Alfredothis is best entertar the bar services are excellent, and also the room service are great 👍 The meals are very good, the spa was excellent ,very friendly vibe .the staff are well trained, always make you fill like you are at home,l really love the dance night.

Amazing entertainment staff, very creative activities. The beach is large but the water is silty and not clear, so snorkeling is out. Food is decent. Buildings are dated but that shows that they have stood the test of time. Cocktails were all very good.

First I like to start by writing that the staff and entertainment were great. They were helpful, nice and funny, especially the staff who did the bingo....they way he would say in French 21 was hilarious . But I was really disappointed with our room...4 stars I would say more likely a 1 stars. The pool was never clean and also in front of the beach at Blue Bay was never clean but other resorts next to it the beach was always clean. That is why I gave a 2 stars rating, first time there but last last time.

This was supposed to be my de stress vacation and so far nothing about it has been helping to destress. If you read the poor reviews and tips. Take them seriously as they are totally true. I usually go to Mexico but scheduling made DR a better option. How I was wrong there and should have gone with what I know.

Holiday inn express only worse!
Place looks like from 1980! Room may have been clean but felt unlcean! Had to carry my luggage upstairs…how do handicapped people stay here? No blanket on bed and water says unpotable next to sink! Overall felt like a holiday inn express only worse! Dj playing annoying music until 11pm , not relaxing at all!
