The Sport and Entertainment staff were amazing and so much fun! A special shoutout to Kelsey, Lalo, Silver, Pamela, Sara and Jared. They were all friendly, full of energy, and encouraging in the games and activities! Participate in as many games as possible, they are always so much fun.

A great winter break
A clean and well maintained holiday complex with friendly, helpful staff. Good food and excellent service from Aurelio in the Don Isi Mexicano restaurant, and likewise from Israel and Santiago in the Festival for breakfast and lunch. A thoroughly enjoyable break. Will definitely make a return visit.

Had a great time surrounded by great people :) the food was great and the pools were wonderful. It was a bit windy but the beach was lovely. We also had a great time at their themed dinners mostly because of our great waiter, Wilfrido. Very thankful we were able to experience this and look forward to coming back!

10/10 Steakhouse Dinner
I went to the steakhouse with some of my good friends from canada and Wilfredo was our server. We had an amazing time. Service was Excellent and Wilfredo was such an entertaining host. If we were staying any longer we would absolutely come back again.

Wilfrido was the best steakhouse waiter of all time!! Seamless experience, coupled with great laughs. Offered an exclusive cut not on the menu, which was delicious and cooked to my perfection. If we could stay longer, I would be here every night! Thank you Wilfrido!!!!
