Apr 10, 2025Relaxing stay in the Caribbean of Mexico
Excellent place for couples and people who like tranquility, with many green spaces and very friendly staff that make your stay easier and more pleasant. Our room was very comfortable and cool, located in one of the most beautiful patios in this hotel. The food is very good, breakfast is a bit monotonous because it doesn't change but it's good, at dinner they do offer different options.

Best holiday stay in years
I loved everything about this hotel! I had the best vacation i have had in years. The massages where amazing, made me very relaxed. The people that work at the hotel are friendly and speak english very well. When i needed information i got kindly helped by Karen from the reception. Would for sure book this hotel again, when i visit Mexico!

A renewing and quiet stay
I simply leave impressed with all the beautiful nature that there is, it is little to stay in a zoo, as advice always have your camera ready, we missed taking good photos of several beautiful animals. Everything inside is beautiful, it's like being in a piece of jungle, we were really impressed from the facilities to the excellent service and the very good food, it was a very quiet and romantic stay with my wife. We hope to return soon.

Apr 04, 2025Stay Away from Blue Diamond Resort in Cancun – Horrible Experience!
This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Blue Diamond Resort has been operating without air conditioning for the past 3 days, and there is no solution in sight. The heat is absolutely excruciating, and the staff have been nothing but manipulative and unhelpful. They offer no relief, no fans, no accommodations—just empty apologies while guests suffer in the sweltering heat. The restaurants are equally unbearable, with no AC and heat pouring in from the kitchen, making every meal a sweaty, miserable experience. We raised concerns multiple times and got no meaningful response or assistance. We booked through Expedia, and unfortunately, they were just as useless. Despite our repeated requests to be moved to a hotel with basic livable conditions, they offered no real help or compensation. I would never come back to Blue Diamond and strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs. It’s been a nightmare and has completely ruined what should have been a relaxing vacation. Hoping we can find a decent hotel tomorrow to salvage the rest of our stay. Do yourself a favor—book elsewhere. This place is a disaster.

Enjoying the Caribbean in a quiet way and without parties!!
My particular opinion of this place, I have visited many hotels, more for work than for vacations and we came to this beautiful Resort (me and my wife) to enjoy the Caribbean. We are a bit older so the party atmosphere in Cacun did not attract our attention and we did not want something with children running around and party atmosphere. So after investigating we arrived at this place, which is really as they describe it VERY QUIET from the moment you arrive you are greeted by a beautiful structure of palm and very tropical wood, everyone in this place strives for you to have a comfortable stay. Even the activities that exist are very focused on relaxation like yoga, swimming in the cenote, cacao ceremony, are amazing. Its beach is beautiful, with enough camatrosses, but they should bring more umbrellas. On our part everything was great.
