Elegant property, a lot to like.

The property is beautiful. The location is at the heart of the strip and the area has a more bustling atmosphere. The room felt just a tad small (which didn't bother me) but mostly everything else was above par. The work desk area did not have a true outlet station. A very minor issue but somewhat surprising this was missing. The line to check-in physically was ridiculously long but luckily mobile check-in did work for me. The front door didn't open every time with the digital key and I am unsure what the issue was. The process to make physical keys through the kiosk seemed overly complicated and the keys produced didn't even work. The process has some room for improvement.

    Disappointed

Unfortunately after this being my third stay….. I was very disappointed. The staff was unfriendly and dry. We didn’t feel welcome at all. I will say the rooms are amazing and clean, but the services was not good. Seeing that I had stayed here before I highly recommended it to my best friend for us to come, but she was disappointed.

    Cypress Pool (worth it?)

Cypress Pool is great and worth the money but to a point. The pricing varies by the day so ask what it is or lock in your rate if you can. Service is excellent and chairs are comfortable. Tips are appreciated. The cost of admission was $70 per person one day and $160 the next. What?

This property still has CLASS. However, Vegas is RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!!!

Just a beautiful stay. It is right in the center of the strip, so easy access to EVERYWHERE. Older property, but the atrium, fountains and strip location never disappoint. The rooms are a bit small and the "floor to ceiling" windows are NOT floor to ceiling. However, we always request a fountain, strip view and it's the only way to go in Vegas! We love the BELLAGIO. As a frequent guest from Arizona, we used to make probably 4-5 trips to Vegas a year. However, I believe they are pricing even the "locals" out! I wish they did not charge for parking and the $55 resort fee. We often stay at the Palazzo because parking is still free (not sure for how much longer). Vegas used to be affordable and now it is NOT! I read where the occupancy has dropped over 17%! That's huge, but I am not surprised. There is no value or "deals" anymore! They literally squeeze every single penny you can out of your guest. The foreign travelers are dwindling too! We are now down to once a year if even that. Sad

    Underwhelming

This hotel is average for its reputation. Rooms are ok but zero amenities (coffee maker, good bath products, door on shower which is ridiculous, no place to shave legs). The hotel itself is nice and pool area is beautiful but we wouldn’t come back.
