Disappointed
Arrived yesterday to insane lineups to check in only a few people at the desk and none in any hurry. Extremely basic room, nothing but a bar of soap in the washroom no other supplies. No hangers and not one drawer in the entire room. People load every lounge chair in the place with a hotel towel to reserve it for the entire day so there's no seating unless your nasty enough to do the same and the staff says they can't do anything about it. Half an hour line up just to get a coffee in the morning and at most of the restaurants for any meal. The best way to get service is to have a tip in your hand for a supposedly (all inclusive resort) should not have to complain to get very basic service. There are six of us here this week and we are all disappointed.

Family holiday
Overall great trip, food was okay service was ok could of been better but i wasn’t expecting 5 star service. One annoying thing no dressers in the rooms with a toddler we could of used that but overall we slept well. Kids had a blast and we got out of the cold. Personally I would pay more for a little more luxury but as a group of 17 we had a good time !!!

Wouldn’t return to Dominican after this experience
Review for Sunscape Coco Punta Cana The room was clean, and the pools were well-maintained and enjoyable, but the overall experience was disappointing. The food was lackluster, and the service left much to be desired. Most staff seemed unmotivated, making it feel like a burden to ask for assistance. Only a handful of servers and bartenders were friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping was subpar—bedding was never changed, and after removing torn sheets, the same used mattress cover was simply put back on the bed. The toilet was a daily challenge to keep functional, and to top it off, stomach issues plagued five out of seven days of our stay. While the resort has potential with its clean rooms and nice pools, the poor service and hygiene concerns overshadowed the positives. Would not recommend.

Had a Wonderful Time!
OK! Here we go..the hotel was great. I had problems with my toilet for 2 days and isabel at the front desk wasn't helpful at all. But Murial Cruz in customer service desk was wonderful! It good taken care of really fast so any problems just ask for customer service. Nicolas and frank the bartenders were superb! The resort and beach and the food was spectacular! I do want to say if you are dealing with the guys in blue shirts next to the check in desk called 'Unlimited Vacations" just make sure you listen very very well and ask questions. To be safe i would record the whole conversation. They offered a free beach dinner worth $180 for 2, if we took the tour at Dreams and we did. But at check out they tried to make us pay and i said no no no it was free. We took the tour for an hour and half and So we had the guy to come and we got his boss and so he end up paying it out of his pocket. I know his name but rather not say it. Jennifer was very helpful with all that as we were checking out. That mishap was the only not so good thing about the trip! Otherwise it is great for families, couples or solo! Go ahead and book it!
