Hi ‘ upon arrival they really want you to upgrade for 200us, and they waited for our. For two hours to say yes but decline. The room are very basic and no room to store anything, as well they don’t clean the walls in the washroom as well the wall of the shower is crumbling away. If you like gold drink in the morning forgot it. The manchine is out of order. As well no more caramel day 4 of vacation. If you want reservation for the restaurant forget it. No availability. But tik taco is amazing get sitting in Precius section he is amazing. Don’t forgot to wake up very early to get a chair at the beach or pool. And to my surprise will unpacking I’m missing my favourite short. I guess housekeeping did some shopping in my stuff. This resort is 3/12

Had an amazing visit will be so upset to leave on Tuesday. Luis is the best bartender EVER he really looked after us he deserves a medal. His customer service is AMAZING!!!!! We will be back next year with our family. Thanks again to Luis for making our trip fantastic!

Bar piscina
El bar de la piscina muy bien y con muy bien ambiente. Roberto, Liliana y Junior nos atendieron excelentemente y tomamos unos tragos muy ricos. Los cocktails y el ron (barcelo extra viejo, brugal extra viejo ) muy bien preparados. Muy recomendable.

I would give this property 3* if the beach wasn't covered in sargassum seaweeds almost every day (not fair to the hotels as there is not much they can do. The seaweeds just keep coming.) Resort maintained the beach here and there but gave up half way trough our stay. Food was decent, prepare to pay extra $30 to $70 PP if you want to visit more upscale restaurants. Booking of restaurants is very inconvenient, you have to do it via resort app but if you don't book right after midnight you are out of luck. We have a baby so staying up after midnight is not an option. Missed out completely on the restaurants. Resort is beautiful, well landscaped, not too big. Service is the absolute worst we have ever experienced. The few people that actually provide service stand out and look like absolute superstars. The rest is a miserable, rude, unattentive bunch with an attitude problem. It is as if they hate receiving tips or never receive any from majority guests, and that is why they just cannot be bothered. Really weird. Not only is the service not existent, you have to get everything yourself. Coffee and sometimes even water at buffets, even though there is lots of staff working and clearing tables. If you ask anyone for anything you may or may not receive what you asked for. Coin toss. Prepare to be haggled and upsold by an army of 3rd party tour sales people at the beach at all times. Rooms are dirty and only superficially cleaned and it a state of disrepair. For example squished mosquitos on the walls from previous occupants. Baseboards and corners dusty, shelving pulling out of the walls. No drying line or rail in lower level rooms.

Great service and friendly workers with such warming hospitality
I am currently staying at sunscape coco Punta Cana and I am having the time of my life there are Almazing staff and such great service throughout my entire holiday especially roberto, liliana and yuinor, I would definitely recommend this as your holiday destination
