We were between November 5-19 in resort Sunscape Coco Punta Cana and purchased Sun Club package. If you expecting get what did you pay for don’t do it. A La Carte restaurants are open here and there without knowing which one is open even they offer app for resort but updating it is not always correct. Buffet restaurants are ok and food is good. Bars are open again here and there and second week 4 of bars were closed. Now the bad part is that selection of international drinks which we should have it in “Sun Club” don’t almost exist. In two cases were bottles original but alcohol in was their replacement that is cheating. All bars had shelf half empty with very poor selection. First week of our stay we had to call to refresh fridge or get coffee and that should be done without asking. Resort is very nice and well maintained, staff is trying to help but you can see that management is cutting corners to save money and you paid for it. Overall 3 stars is max they can have. To management don’t try to apologize you had two weeks get better and apologize will not do it , it is to late. Martin K.

We visited sunscape coco punta Cana 5th November for two weeks We had the best time and the best holiday we have been on We had no problems with food or beverages very nice and food cooked well always something for everyone Staff are very nice and room we was in 2343 block 3 was very nice and clean beautiful view cleaned daily no problems neither Of us got sick either I highly recommend this resort also your safety is very protected here

Overall a very good trip. Staff to look for are JP at arrival, Maria cleaning lady, maria bartender at Sun Club pool bar, Ricardo at buffet Kaleidoscope, Pedro at sun club beach bar. These people are simply amazing and made our stay so wonderful. People are awesome. Bar selection, acceptable but would have expected more. But like I said, overall, we were very happy of our stay.

Vacation - wonderful 😊
CarlosR martin6Ricardo zoila Martina Ramon caleido chef - kaleidoscope buffet wonderful. Top notch food, service fantastic, everyone extremely nice. Beach great - Pedro and Rosa at Beach bar excellent. Poolview rooms very loud. Would chose tropical view next time. Rooms nice - clean, spacious, beds firm. House keeping staff excellent.
