This resort has a phenomenal staff!! Yoandro Ek Jose was an amazing waiter at the breakfast buffet! He never let our mimosa cups go dry, which always leads to a great vacation :) He was extremely friendly and personable and he most definitely should get a raise!!! Thank you so much!!

Yesenia in the lobby was amazing her and her team ,excellent service super clean ,she gave us a super !!special service very excellent .The bathroom are super clean the area the food excellent the room service lovely . Loved this place!
Everything was so good, we had a really unique experience with the food and the service. Modesta de la Cruz took really good care of us! Thank you for the great service! We will come back for sure to try different dishes and will recommend to our friends!

Luis Mendez was awesome at the Barcelo maya riviera lobby bar!! He was on top of everything and remembered us from previous nights. He was very kind and we had an amazing time at the entire resort. We stayed at the palace last year and now at the adults only. We will for sure be back in the years to come!!! Thank you!!

Agave Restaurant at Barcelo Riviera Maya resort
Our waiters Facundo Chan and Gildardo Can at Agave were excellent. He asked the chef to create a different dessert than the menu it was like cornbread or what we call sweetbread...the food was Excellent too. Hats off to the waiters and chefs!
