Mar 12, 2025Wonderful Week in Paradise
This was my 12th visit to the Barcelo Maya and our first time staying at the adult only as our kids are now over 18 years old. It was wonderful to be back and the new Barcelo Maya Adult Only did not disappoint. The rooms and hotel are so clean, the staff is so friendly and nice and the resort architecture is modern and breathtaking. The beach is wonderful and the pools are outstanding. The food was very good and the restaurants are beautiful. We are already dreaming about our next visit.

Adult only at the Barcelo
Excellent customer service!!! Great entertainment staff at the pool!! Bartenders are fun and very interactive with the guests!! I highly recommend the adult only!!!! Beautiful beaches, clear, turquoise waters! Never have to worry about a chair more than enough to accommodate all the guests by the pool and in the sand!!

Beautiful resort
We spent 6 days at Barcelo Riviera Maya -adultsbonly. Our room was far beyond our expectations. The entire resort was beyond our expectations. The hospitality of the staff, cleanliness and beauty was impressive. We loved the infinity pool, pool bars, beach, snorkeling and the food! This resort is huge! So much to see and do!

My best friend was getting married and we were told we could do a rehearsal dinner at one of the restaurants and Janai canche the manager of the restaurant put her hand in my face to stop talking and told me to move so she could help the customer behind me because I was if she could put our tables together. When I asked if she could write down her bosses name is when she put her hand in my face and told me to move.
