Very kind service and small talk, Carlos Lopez always enjoys a little chat with the guests. Very lovely. Nice drink. One of the most welcoming places of the hotel. Very nice complementation to the Joe Dispenza Retreat, just warm, lovely and good music:)🥰

Overall the resort is wonderful, beautiful, clean and massive. The views are great, the beach is great and overall the atmosphere is great. Food at the restaurants was very good. The buffet is exactly that a buffet. Many options, some good and some not great but again not terrible. Its a buffet people, every item is not for every person but you get to try it all. We have been to many resorts and this is one we would go back to anytime.

Es un hotel nuevo, con cenas excepcionales en los restaurantes a la carta pero lo distingue la amabilidad y atención del personal. Mejoraría las bebidas y cócteles, en el buffet considerar alimentos para apoyar a clientes con diabetes; así como tener un mejor equipo de animación en espectáculos y actividades diurnas y nocturnas.

Our stay at the Barcelo Maya Riviera
This resort is beautiful with amazing grounds and top notch service. We stayed in a swim up room which we realized we really didn’t need because the pools here are quite expansive. Went to the beach every day and never had a problem getting chairs and you could move them anywhere you’d like to sit. No beach service but could take our cooler so no issue there. Only downfall is nightlife is lacking and food is average (a lot to choose from but always seemed a little bland to me).
