When I reserved my reservation, I always print out my reservation information just in case anything happens. Glad I did, when I got to the resort their system had something different. They ended up charging me over $1000 more for my reservation, and didn't care about my printed out information. The management team was not helpful, if anything she made me feel worse about the situation.i also cut my foot open on glass in the pool But didn't want to use the on-site clinic as I've heard it is extremely expensive. Good thing I brought my own first aid kit and antibiotics.

Excellent place for small children and adults. The rooms were clean, food was very good and the service was outstanding.

There is something with this place, the kindness of staff decreases as you go high in the organization chart. In general you won't have a bad time but don't expect to be plesantly surprised or anything. It is very crowded place and booking in the restaurant could be very difficult.

Gone downhill
Our 5th or 6th trip here. Has definitely declined. Horrible sewage smell every night throughout the property. Rooms & facilities are showing their age. Management has placed a heavy burden on the workers to get reviews that mention them by name. It is annoying to constantly be asked to scan a qr code & write a review. I do not fault the workers, as they are under a lot of pressure from management. Management needs to rethink this strategy. Adult pool is lovely & has a great bartender. Food is average at best. Ordered a nonalcoholic drink at one bar & received an alcoholic drink. This is unacceptable. Housekeeping did a great job every day keeping our room clean.

We had a great vacation. I was especially impressed with the fair cost of the excursions and activities! We got to do more than we did with any of our other trips.
