Beware they will take your stuff and not return
The last day we had set our items on chairs before we went to bkfst. When we came back it was gone. The bartender told us that another employee took our items and to go to lobby to file report to get them back. We went to lobby 6 times and they couldn’t find our stuff. So they said they would call and send it back since we were leaving. Now that we are home and haven’t heard I sent an email to customer service and they won’t do anything about it. So basically beach bag, cover up, bottles of sunscreen are gone. Not ok for this to happen and a resort do nothing about it. I know it’s not a lot but it’s the point that employees should be taking your stuff. Very disappointed!!

This Resort Is A Joke To Customer Service
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff and management are not helpful or accommodating in anyway. I only even booked this place because I had to as a best man for a friend's wedding. I will never go to a hotel owned by this corporation ever again, even if I have to reject being a buddy's best man in the future. The way they've treated me and my wife is appalling.

Poor customer service sadly
Food was good but a bit repetitive in the buffets , pools & beach were really fabulous, reason for 2 stars is poor customer service, when we were there our room was covered in mould & ruined items of clothing, when we told them they moved us that night but offered to give us an upgrade if we return as an apology but have emailed 4 times since being home to see about rebooking and been ignored which is most frustrating especially as it was the manager (Iris) that gave her details and assurance that we would be compensated if we came back. Most elements of the holiday were fantastic so would absolutely have considered going back but feel very let down that the customer service has let them down. The mouldy room was really bad and it was due to faulty air conditioning that we didn’t notice for the first few days as we were barely in the room - how the cleaners didn’t realise it was an issue is shocking as once it became apparent what it was it was everywhere and we had been breathing in the mould for days and couldn’t understand why everything felt so damp , this was a real shame as mostly everything else about the resort we were impressed with. Beach I think was the hilight and the French restaurant. You will see the mould issues in some pics - the artwork was all mould but we thought that was the design at first! Gross!

My daughter and I had an amazing time… great service, great good, great sun. Start to finish. Felt safe. It was amazing, highly recommend.

Exploding sink! Vacationers beware!!
This has been the worst resort we have stayed in. First they would not honor our original reservation. They moved us to a lesser property citing their small print on the web reservation system. This move put us on a different property than our friends and our son’s senior trip group. In the room they gave us, the sink literally exploded in our bathroom. There was debris and basically “crap” all over our personal items. We were told too bad and moved to a different room. The lack of basic caring by the management was the worst. They knew that we did not have any other options so it was their way or nothing. Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend to anyone.
