Fui con mi familia a jugar bowling por primera vez en el hotel y Evelin fue muy linda en su servicio, nos atendió muy amable, explicándonos las instrucciones y el cómo funciona el sistema. Nos sentimos muy agradecidos por su trato y hemos disfruta mucho la estancia aquí

3era vez en este Resort
Esta fue la 3era vez en el Resort y 4ta en la cadena, la experiencia fue buena, el Maya caribe cuenta con habitaciones bien pero que en breve deberían modernizarse, pero están bien. El servicio fue bueno, el sports bar genial, uno de los mejores que vi en lo que respecta a all inclusive y 24hs. Cuenta con piscinas enormes y la comida está bastante bien. Hay un snack bar en las piscinas, hay buenas actividades del equipo de animación y en los teatros. El lobby del caribe está un lado del sports bar y del teatro Kukulkán. Luego sigue el del beach que tiene mejor playa dado que en el caribe hay algo de rocas. La zona de playa en general es espaciosa y con buena sombra, pero en algunos lados algo rocosa. El agua sin sargazo se ve increíble.

Great fun at this resort. Great beach, restaurants, landscaping, staff. Everything was as wonderful as we had hoped. There was an issue with our room having a missing item, but it was 30USD value so wasn't a huge deal. We did a cenote excursion which I loved. Pool bars and beach galore with buffets in all the right places. The rooms inside can use some work to be updated. Ours had bathtub draining issues and an outdated toilet. The worst for me was the AC didn't keep up very well, not getting below 22.5 for a Canadian like me with a sunburn... Not ideal. And no extra fan.

A very disappointing experience. I’ve been to several resorts and this has been the worse. The rooms are super outdated and are in need for a serious renovation. The bathrooms have broken titles. One of our friends found a cockroach in their room. The service is the worst. If you ask the staff for something their first response is no. Getting reservations at the a la carte restaurants is nearly impossible. Although we were allowed only 2 for a 4 night stay, we managed to get reservations for 1 restaurant only. We were constantly told sorry there is no spot available. How are restaurants book up if guests are allowed to book only for limited nights? We didn’t get any service at the beach. The only way to get any service is if you tip the servers before asking for something. The bell boy didn’t show up when we asked for one. We asked for an extension for check out and were told to come tomorrow. When we went the next day, the answer was sorry, we can’t extend. We asked to speak to the manager and he said the same. After a while he agreed for a late check out for a fee. No explanation given as to why it was a no the first time around. The staff was simply not interested in working. It didn’t feel like a 4 or 5 star resort and was more of a 2-3 star experience. Needless to say, we won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.

Great place to go!
Sea turtles on the beach, an amazing amount of pools, bars and restaurants! Definitely recommend for couples and families
