    was a good stay wish more entertainment at pool are thru out the day and we knew about entertainment at other hotel ahead of time

    Must Stay

    Amazing time first time out of the country would 100% come back here. Jesus Etienne is amazing always was there to answer questions and help us with whatever we needed. Entertainment was great staff got involved during the dancing and everything they did during the day. Food is amazing. Rooms clean and king bed is BIG!

    Beautiful beach. Crappy drinks.

    We loved the white sand beach and enjoyed many great meals at the buffet. Our only complaint is the drinks are terrible. They must use a low proof liquor and wine, also low quality mixers. If they improve the drinks, we would go back.

    Fun, relaxing, pampering

    We loved our stay here. We enjoyed the Premium level, and the benefits of it very much. The A La Carte restaurants were to die for. Especially the French Restaurant And Jesus Etienne was the best guide, and help for all our questions. He was very attentive and kind.

    No a very pleasant stay.

    I recently stayed here with a few friends. The highlight was definitely the beautiful beach, and the rooms, while clean, were quite outdated and could use some updating. The food was mediocre, nothing special, and unfortunately, the staff wasn’t very friendly or accommodating, which made our stay less enjoyable. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations.
