    Italian restaurant excellent.

    We went to the Italian restaurant. The food was excellent so we ate there two nights in a row. The raviolis and the mushroom crepes were excellent. The lasagna was one of the best we ever had and the steak you can cut with a knife. Ricci was our waiter and he made the experience even better. Make sure you ask for him and tell him Lisa and Brian say hi.

    Jorman - Cocktail Waiter Pool&Beach

    Hung by the pool a lot. Our cocktail waiterJorman always made sure we were good! He was great actually! Thanks Jorman! The bartenders at the pool were also awesome! This is our second time here and we already can't wait to get back. Thanks barcelo!

    Bad Vacation

    Too many people with not enough staff Too many NEW hotels Built up to take away character of island It was like everything was about how much money they could get for anything you wanted

    Service with a Smile every morning!

    The Royal breakfast club at the Barceló is top notch. Their staff is amazing Melvin, Dissette, Maria, Carolina, Karina, and Jaime, provide amazing service with a smile ! We go almost every year and look forward to seeing them ! The food is wonderful also !
