Food was average even the specialty restaurants the entertainment from poolside,beach to nightly entertainment was so bad and boring high school drama clubs could of put on better acts..it's a nice place to just relax and do nothing..if looking for fun not this resort!

Need to improve damp rooms, towel service at pool need to improve, need more lounge chairs at pool so you don’t have to get up at 6am to get a lounge chair. Housekeepers were excellent. Front desk was excellent. Beach was great.

Jorman was very attentive, kind and personable. He is a hard worker and always was there when we needed assistance and gave us water without even asking. He helped make a great experience for us during this beautiful trip. Highly recommend coming here.

Fantastic!
Staff was excellent. Really took care of all of us. Melvin, Maria, Carolina, Leyla, Lissette, Miluska, to name a few in the royal level, we're perfect. There were 6 of us. We did the utv excursion, and that was really cool as well. We've been here before, and the hotel and staff never disappoint.

We were there on business/pleasure. Barcelona Aruba is not 5 star. Food is average. Pool is horrible, needs complete makeover. Dissapointed.
