    Maravilloso y tranquilo complejo

    Las instalaciones del complejo bahía príncipe son enormes y muy bien cuidadas.El transporte en los carritos es muy cómodo y util.Del turquesa a la playa se tardan 3 minutos en carrito.Las instalaciones del turquesa son pequeñas y tienes todo a mano pero puedes acceder también a las del Gran punta cana que son más grandes.La playa no me ha parecido de las mejores porque no tiene mucho fondo y las hamacas están bastante apiñadas. Hemos estado alojados en el edificio 42.La habitación no es moderna pero es muy amplia y cómoda con todo lo necesario. La piscina limpia y con muchas tumbonas.El.personal del bar de piscina es muy amable,del bufet lo mismo,siempre dispuestos a solucionar todo.La comida muy variada y fresca.El subdirector es un hombre encantador siempre pendiente del bienestar del cliente.Se nota que hay un equipo siempre pendiente de que el turquesa a pesar de ser el hotel más modesto del complejo,sea un lugar agradable y lleno de detalles. Es por esto precisamente que me ha disgustado mucho la falta de implicación y apatía del equipo de animación.Mi familia lleva 20 años visitando RD y si hay una cosa característica de los resort en dominicana,es su animación.Ellos son parte del éxito de las vacaciones. El equipo del turquesa es patético,maleducado y muy poco profesional.Los programas diarios son aburridos y obsoletos.No se molestan en presentarse cuando llegan nuevos clientes y no se implican con la gente.Ponen música dembow y típico, atronadora, desde las 10 hasta las 18:00 sin pensar en el bienestar de la clientela.Es música obscena e incómoda pero como a ellos les gustaba ...Que la pongan en su casa.No se podía ni leer un libro porque era imposible concentrarse.Una pena....Les convendría aprender de otros hoteles y darse cuenta de su importancia en la estancia del cliente. Quitando este punto el hotel me ha parecido maravilloso y volvería sin duda!

    Vacaciones en familia

    Disfrutamos mucho estás vacaciones en familia. Los niños la pasaron increíble con las actividades del equipo de entretenimiento y les gustó mucho la comida del bufet tienen variedad y buena comida. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias. Disfrutamos de los restaurantes temáticos tepanyaki, maido, italiano y brasilero.

    Cockroaches in the rooms

    My family and I stayed there for a week in April. The resort itself was fun, food was great at the buffet. Plenty of free chairs by the pool. Rooms were a diseaster. Old, outdated, smelly and stinky. Our second night in, we came back to our room with cockroaches rooming around. We complained the next day and were offered a different room thats cleaner and roach free. Why were we given a dirty room to begin with, I dont know. But, next night we came back to more cockroaches having a dance in the middle of the room. We were moved to the second floor right off and never saw cockroaches in the rooms again, only outside on the paths. All in all, we will never come back there again.

    Super complex! Qq renovations to further improve it

    We have just returned from a great week at the Turkish BPa. Nice experience overall (if you want better you can go to fantasia... and pay the price that goes with it... at good hearing): Animation: simply magic! A great team, surprising animations (show of acrobats in the pool in the afternoon, foam party, dancing with the director around the pool...), great children’s animations (bracelets, paintings...) and super nice animators (Yena is just a pearl and the leader of the animators is super fun)! A beautiful atmosphere! - MEALS: varied, different themes every day, servers available and it was good simply! My daughters (4 and 11 years old) feasted. Improvement: desserts a little repetitive ... but good. My favorites: CLAURA, discreet but so nice if we take the time to chat with her! And ANDRÉS, so nice! - SHUTTLE: excellent system given the considerable size of the complex!!! Must-see to go to the beach (remote). But fast and that passes every 5minutes! - BEACH: too many tourists it’s a bit factory but beautiful beach to walk and swim (advice: get away to settle it’s less crowded) - RESTAURANT THEME: big disappointment with Japanese! We ended up eating without the show: what a disappointment! The cause, a bad explanation at the reception and on the hotel application for reservations (to improve). The garden grill is good and thanks to Miguel for the advice ... POOL: awesome! It is large, nice to swim, the pool is top! RAS The supervisor came to treat my daughter who fell: adorable and beautiful approach to children! Thank you JUHAN CARLO! The vigilance of children is an undeniable point!!! - BEDROOM: a small renovation to go around 2025 would be welcome but overall, it is spacious, clean and the small flats are quickly settled (and we had some with the curtain, the soap dispenser, the towels...). Lovely housekeeper and always in a good mood!!! Thank you. We'll go back!

    Prince Bay, an excellent place for families in Punta Cana.

    Fantastic experience, we went on a trip of 8 people and satisfied all with the variety of activities found during our stay. Fantastic buffet service, varied activities every day and night, ensuring you can please different tastes of people.
