For the lively, the night doesn't end, the party continues in the Bachata Discotheque until 2 in the morning.

Best place with amazing staff!! Alfred was so fun and I loved his spirits during the fitness/stretches/dances!! Genna and Nicky were also wonderful. Bryan and all the other servers were extremely helpful and welcoming in the restaurants! And all the lifeguards were super helpful :) other than the ocean being murky, I had sooooo much fun!!

Incredible resort
The staff are amazing at this resort! We especially loved our wait/kitchen staff Wilton’s, Maria, Yueri, Emmanuel, Daniel, Kerley, Nathaniel, and Marcus. Our wonderful entertainment team, specifically Genna and Alfred. The resort is beautiful and there are staff cleaning 24/7 all anround the resort. Everything is easily accessible and there are beautiful views no matter where you explore on the resort. The food and drinks were amazing, and each bar was adequately staffed. Each meal served provided a huge variety of foods, and highlighted many different cultures. The Al carte meals were incredible!!! The entertainment team had different activities and performances each night. We have enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future! ❤️ Gracías Bahia Principe Grand!

Highly Recommend this Resort.
Outstanding overall value - great resort, beach, food, amenities, etc. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Great choice of restaurants and food options - food was excellent. Saw various negative reviews before we came, but experienced none of this - rooms were very, very clean, food safety standards high, etc.

Teo at the lobby (strawberry daiquiri) bar is the best bartender i’ve ever met!!! Not only does he make the best drinks but he’s a genuine good person and not afraid to have fun with the guests. Ask him for the “Teo Special” and you won’t be disappointed.

We had a few miscommunications with staff over getting taxis booked, dinner reservations, housekeeping schedule but nothing major. The rooms are dated and need an update but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room. One quick update they could make that isn't a huge investment are the kayaks and paddleboards available for use. They are old, paddles are broken, and it really made you not want to bother. The pool area is lovely and the staff did a lot of fun activities for kids. Even a foam cannon at one point which the kids loved.
