AVA Resort Cancun — Worth Every Moment (and Then Some!) Just returned from AVA Resort Cancun and it was an absolutely incredible experience! Even though the resort is about 80–90% complete, it felt every bit like a finished 5-star property. This was our first time at an all-inclusive, and it completely exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us like family — friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond. The spa was top notch, and the poolside service was excellent — our drinks were never empty and we felt relaxed the entire time. Dining was a highlight with amazing meals at Copal, Livo, and Black Iron — each one offering a different, upscale vibe. We also loved the coffee shop and gelato bar — perfect for a quick treat or relaxing break throughout the day. We were so impressed, we even paid to stay an extra night — that’s how much we didn’t want to leave! We’re already planning to return next year for our anniversary. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class service in Cancun, AVA Resort is the place to be.

Amazing
I really like the paddle boarding and the very nice staff who where Arturo, Jesus,Jio,Sam who where all really nice and helpful. This is one of the best places for amazing food and all the worker are supper kind and really amazing people definitely come here

we lost a kayak race
I really enjoyed the paddle boarding and obstacle course. The best employees are Arturo, Jesus , gio and Sam And all of the restaurants were amazing black iron is the best and again all the employees in the entertainment area are the kindest people I have met

Ava Cancun 4/5
Great service, great food and over was a very good all inclusive resort, Arthur and Jesus by the pool were great as well and very entertaining hosting a bunch of stuff including corn hole. The room was almost as good as it gets the beds were very comfortable and room service was fast and tasty.

Beautiful experience
Ava is a spectacular hotel, we didn't want to leave! From the rooms, the pillows!! Wow, the pools, the food!!! I highly recommend it, our butlers Rafa and Randy showed off, everything was better thanks to them, we celebrated a birthday and it was extraordinary
