This condominium property is located just a block from the beach near Kapiolani Park, the Waikiki Aquarium, and the Honolulu Zoo. It is the perfect family resort for those wishing to enjoy all the fun of Waikiki.

Each moderately priced condominium suite at the resort has air-conditioning, a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and WiFi internet access. You'll also have your own large, private lanai, where you can look out over the ocean, the lush green mountains, or the Honolulu cityscape.

At Aston at the Waikiki Banyan, the atmosphere is relaxed and family friendly. Known for extra-attentive service, every child receives a gift upon check-in. The hotel also offers a spacious recreation deck (one of the best in Waikiki) for personal fitness and good, old-fashioned fun. It includes a large, heated swimming pool, two jet spas, a tennis court, basketball court, putting green, snack bar, and children's playground. Conveniently located hotel

Great hotel, in a convenient location, with friendly staff. Great view from the balcony on the 20th floor. Cheaper than hotels on the main ocean road but still within walking distance of the beach and many bars and restaurants. Parking is not cheap but nowhere is in waikiki !

The perfect accommodation for our needs

So conveniently located! Just a couple of blocks from the beach and easy walking distance to the zoo and aquarium. Wonderful to have a kitchenette for beverages and to keep a lid on expenses for meals and snacks. Despite being close to city action, it was super quiet. High rise, but elevators readily available. Friendly staff!

Perfect condo stay

Check in was a breeze. Staff super friendly and helpful. Hotel is located a block away from the beach. Easy walk to zoo and Waikiki shopping and restaurants. Only negative was the carpet in the bedroom needed a deep cleaning. We reported this to front desk at checkout and they committed to having it cleaned for the next guest. Otherwise no complaints.

The negatives outweighs positives

It’s a very old hotel with very poor cheap renovations and ikea furnishings! Location is a ten - great partial views we had room 3302. Elevators very slow and always packed stopping all floors several times. Pool deck very sad looking and only one spa. Small crowded pool. Room wise; it’s big and spacious, but all tiled floors ( slippery), kitchenette from the 1940’s untouched, bathroom renovated with ikea cabinets and no bath tub. More ikea decorating in the bedroom …. Has good tv and reception and we used kitchen twice- all good there. Very rough paint job and styling yuk ( like I said straight outa ikea) I know these things as I’m an interior designer!! Cheap and nasty. It needs a thorough reno and injection of much funding to bring it up to scratch. Parking is costly it was $40 a day over 6 days. Staff very pleasant especially bell captain Carlton. They messed up our room booking on arrival ( the room was occupied) and gave us a discount. Leaking air con on the balcony I found on entering was addressed quickly. Overall they could do oh so so much better that they do; it’s a shame. Great location short walk the beach. Sadly goes down hill from there

Beware-terrible !

Beware—this room is outdated and poorly maintained. The rooms are run-down with old, dark, and dirty carpets, stained curtains, and minimal amenities. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the sofa bed is nothing but springs. The kitchen is barely stocked, making it inconvenient for extended stays. On top of that, expect a steep daily resort fee and minimal housekeeping, even after a five-day stay. and $43 a day for parking While I love the Waikiki Banyan and its fantastic location, I highly recommend booking through VRBO for a better room instead of using Aston for a much better experience. Not worth the price!
