Ana Vasquez marketing supervisor is a liar and ruined my family Christmas vacation , stay at the Hyatt or ritz don’t waste your time rooms are out dated and casino is horrible no one wins . The staff was on edge and not very nice everything is extremely expensive to the point you feel like you are getting robbed , people we’re fighting by the pool for seats very bad system.

Every night, my wife and I enjoyed delightful and pleasant interactions with Nora at the Gelato shop. She was so kind, helpful, and a joy to engage with. The lines were long and she was always smiling. Kudos to you, Nora. As well, Jeremy at the beach chair hut was always kind, helpful, and accommodating. I’ve known Jeremy for 10+ years and he’s still so helpful to my wife and I. Thanks, J!

La Vista at Marriott Stellaris Aruba
We began each morning with the breakfast buffet at the La Vista. Seating was prompt, with an extensive choice of breakfast options. Staff were wonderful, in particular Ivan, who was friendly, funny, and fast to will any request-a great experience!

Absolute paradise! This was our first trip to Aruba so after much research, we decided on the Marriott Stellaris. The resort is beautiful and the beach is the best with lots of palapas that you can reserve using their app. We booked 2 rooms and were very happy with how spacious the rooms were. Housekeeping did a good job servicing the rooms. My son lost his AirPods on the beach and they found it during their nightly check of the beach and handed it in to security. We were so grateful! The staff is amazing from the ladies at Starbucks to the crew setting up our beach chairs every morning to the nice lady serving our gelatos in the evening. We will certainly return back to Aruba Marriott Stellaris!

Outstanding Stay & Service
Once again our stay at the Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino was outstanding! The resort is excellent for a relaxing and the most enjoyable vacation. The best part are the marvelous people we meet every year as part of the Marriott Bonvoy family! Frank remembers us as we arrive with his warm welcome & Jyle is a lovely addition to the Bellman station. Tradewinds is excellent in providing all you need for delicious meals and well stocked for drinks. The Tradewinds Bonvoy family is beyond amazing in welcoming us, providing every thing we need (reservations, information etc.) and lovely personal attention. Margaret is the BEST! Her special attention to all guests is a marvel to experience. All the wonderful staff of Tradewinds Jackie, Ediline & Caryl-lean all provide outstanding customer service. As far as the beach & Palapas, Sylvia is amazing! Always warm & welcoming. Enrique and Suka are awesome as well! They all make sure you are comfortable and are always super pleasant. We have come to feel like family at the resort and look forward to returning each year!
