Nov 17, 2024Strange experience and not ready for prime time.
We’ve been to 15+ adults only all inclusive resorts and this had to top the list as one of the strangest experiences we’ve ever had. It started off poorly as I reserved and prepaid for an ocean view room and we were given a garden view room. Weird features included a treadmill in the room and the toilet area was glassed in like a fishbowl. We asked to move after our first night and they accommodated the change. The next room had an amazing view of the ocean and resort. However it backed to the delivery area and we woke up at 6am on 2 of the 3 mornings to the beeping sound of a truck backing up. The food was not very good and we’re not exactly picky eaters. They have you sign a bill at each meal which was confusing to me since it’s an all inclusive resort. The bill shows how much it would have cost and then zeroed out at the bottom. Maybe it’s to help you tip? IDK, we tipped cash at every meal and at the beach. Along those lines they asked for a charity donation at checkout which I’ve never experienced before and wasn’t sure where those funds were going to go? We couldn’t get a chair by the main pool as those were taken by 9am each day. We decided to sit by the beach since that area could accommodate as many people as needed. They would just keep adding chairs as more people arrived. Big shoutout to Jaime as he seemed to be working his tail off and had the best attitude at the resort. Positives: Beautiful resort and the beach area is top notch. Smooth sand and wonderful calm ocean. We did have a great experience at the spa although the couples massage was $500. Negatives: Food, no coffee shop, no ice cream to be found, a lot of the employees seem miserable. Room location can impact your experience. One more weird thing happened…. It was our first night and we were sitting on some lounge chairs just enjoying the sunset. All of a sudden a woman appears out of nowhere and starts sweeping all around us. Really bizarre because the area didn’t seem to be in needed of cleaning up. This resort needs to take some notes from Excellence.

WOW! What an awesome week. Not one complaint and sad to have not stayed longer! Thank you to all the staff who made it the best: pool staff servers, ent team (Alex, Andre, Brenda), Daniel (Blend Bar), front desk staff....everyone was beyond professional! Also we are very into a fit & healthy life style and lucked out while there as there was an instructor from Canada there leading classes, Cheryl . We loved pilates and aqua. Great way to burn off some amazing food (nachos pool side and pizza at blend my fav!) The beach was great for long walks and lots of pools if you wanted fun or quiet! The gym was fully equipped and used it every morning follow by a nice cappucino at Blend. We will be returning spring 2025!

Wonderful Week
Loved our week at Armony. From their service , to the gorgeous pool and beautiful beach, there is nothing to complain about ! The wellness aspect of the resort is what we loved : sound therapy, cold plunge and especially professional classes of aqua, pilates and yoga with Canadian visiting instructor , Cheryl Also thanks to all the staff who made our trip so special. We will return in 2025 !

Great exercise programs
I attended this resort with friends. Loved the infinity pool and pizza at the blend bar…..really all the facilities were great! I did the Pilates and aqua with Cheryl, that was outstanding!!! A great way to start your day on a vacation and not feel guilty for indulging for the rest of the day lol

Relaxation At Its Finest
Recently stayed at this resort and had the best time. Resort is beautiful and the staff are very attentive and amazing. Best buffet I've been to at a resort...shout out to Brenda and Roberto. I enjoyed the activities while there and the entertainment staff ( Alex and Andrea) are wonderful. The aqua and Pilates were amazing and the instructor really knew her stuff. Rooms are comfy with all amenities available. I will be back!!
