We loved it!
Wow! My 21-yr-old daughter stayed here for two nights after arriving few days in Sedona. Our biggest regret? That we couldn’t stay longer than two nights. We were blown away by the outstanding, quiet service. It’s a big resort, but the people who work there make it feel much smaller, as they made us feel like they knew us at every turn. I was excited about our stay even before we arrived, after talking with DEVON in guest services. I had questions about room types, and he had all the answers! He was personable and professional..:great guy. At check-in, we were greeted by CASEY…again, awesome…he answered all my questions. From there, we went to our room and stopped in at the Citrus Club for a cocktail…SUNNY and ANGEL offered outstanding service every time we visited. They do it all…greet guests, answer questions, concierge work, and even tend bar! The cocktails were perfect! We spent a lot of time at the Saguaro pool, which is the adult-only pool…peaceful sunbathing and great bar/food service. We will definitely be back as soon as I can figure out some dates to go, but next time, we will stay at least four nights! This resort has great facilities and staff. We were impressed! Highly recommend!

Would not recommend
I stayed here in August 2024 for a work event. I asked a Bellman to come to my room, but stressed I was across the property and it would take me 10+ minutes to get there(also there was a DND sign on my door). I was told he would come after the 10 minutes or wait. Well he did neither one. He went into the room while I was NOT there and grabbed the item, I needed help with. Didn’t leave a note or anything. So it took me a few minutes to piece together that he came in anyway and took the item. I felt SO VIOLATED. I was traveling alone at the time and requested to be put in a different room. I couldn’t wait for that trip to be over. I will NEVER stay here again. Oh and the icing on the cake, I went to the restaurant by the pool to have the Hummus and Vegetables and found a worm in my vegetables. The staff thought the worm was “so cute” and “wow” those are fresh vegetables (haha). I was disgusted. I was refunded for the item. They took the updated bill back to the table, when I made the bar staff aware of the issue. So NOT bringing the bill back to me, or telling me after several minutes that the bill went back to the table just seemed weird and off. NO THANK YOU to saying here again.

A lovely place
A great place set in a beautiful area (as deserts go) with an attentive staff. Bring your walking shoes, as the place is huge. Took me quite a while to walk from my villa to the conference center. I did not see any of the "normal" rooms, but my villa was huge. Tastefully decorated, though arguably somewhat dated, and lacking a decent desk chair. (I doubt many people go there to work.) The food was good, but not great.

When you stay at the Arizona Biltmore LXR - You'll never want to leave!
Definitely beyond 10/10! Stunning hotel and grounds is only exceeded by the incredible team that keeps this hotel a MUST VISIT. We arrived early and Karina at front desk was absolutely amazing and found us a room (upgraded) and got us checked in then and there. I checked with the front desk often and Karina managed time and time again to make sure that our stay was perfect! The rooms are spotless and spacious. Housekeeping doesn't miss a beat here. We had a lovely patio on ground level with gas firepit. A quick walk to the pool with ample chairs and towels already in place. The pool servers (Joe, Rachel, Grace, Layla and more) were always ready to get us anything. They also put a pitcher of ice water and cups at every guest group around the pool. We utilized the Paradise pool the most. It was perfect for our 10 and 7 year old as it was 3-3.5 ft deep, warm and easy to see our kids. I have to mention Alex at the Cup & Cone. A great little place for anything from fun coffees to fancy baked items to cold beverages, sandwiches, alcohol, candy and more. Our 7 year old grandson has a myriad of diagnosis including heart defects and learning issues which can sometimes be challenging to handle in different environments. We found his favorite at the Cup & Cone (he doesn't eat most things but he loves cinnamon rolls) and I ordered a couple of things in addition to the cinnamon roll. Alex took such good care of us and made sure that our little guy felt special which means we all felt special. And then there is Ms. Belle. She met our little guy and his brother and made them feel so special by offering the little stuffie toy RingCat. It was the icing on the cake of a stay in an environment that is inclusive, friendly and service oriented in a way that is hard to find. Karina, Alex, Belle and teams - The Arizona Biltmore is lucky to have you and we are lucky to have met you all. Thank you!

Great hotel and service, below average food
Beautiful hotel, great service. Worst food I’ve ever had at a 5-star hotel. Rooms are a very good size, but if you stay in the main hotel the walls are paper thin. The remodel is gorgeous and the setting is exquisite, but the food is really below average and it’s hard to imagine how or why considering the prices.
