    Watch out for the surcharge!!!!!!

    Had to pay a surcharge of USD$120 for four nights for the pleasure of having facilities in the room..ie fridge, safe. All rooms had this so why did we not know about this extra charge when we booked? This was really disappointing and we would have stayed elsewhere had we known about this.

    EXPECTATIONS MET AND SURPASSED

    I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and for the price it can't be beat. Now it does have a mixture of AirBnB and regular hotel rooms but they are all the same, just managed differently. The location was near everything but I docked a star off because of the loud noise. Also because of the parking situation. It is a nightmare getting in and out. With that said, parking was included with my room at no additional fee. If you are on a budget but you still want quality I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is the best price that you're going to get in this area and quality

    Good location, not a bad place to stay.

    Aqua Palms Waikiki is in a pretty good location with a public bus stop very close by as well as the Waikiki Shuttle bus (Pink line) directly out the front. ABC store next door and across the road. IHOP next door, fast court at the Ala Moana centre 1 bus stop away. Close to the beach and Lagoon. Room was small, bathroom tine but was sufficient enough. TV remote didn’t work for some reason. We used the swimming pool everyday which was wonderful. Staff lovely & helpful.

    Average so far

    I booked 4 rooms over a year ago with Delta Vacations. I was disappointed at check in when we could not even get rooms on the same floor. As a travel agent, I requested each couples specific bedding request a year ago. It was not honored. I have tried 2 irons tonight and neither worked so I could not press clothes before dinner. The rooms are acceptable. The staff have been kind. One gentleman checked in two couples and was quick & more attentive than the woman we had for the other two couples. Room was clean, only two towels & if you need extra you must request. Location, just okay. I will probably not book other clients here.

    Hi rise motel 6

    I thought i got a bargain with a United airlines package. However, got hit with a $30 "amenity" fee, not resort fee! What amenities did i use? No the internet, not poolside service as there isn't any Pool is smaller than my home pool. Beach chair and towel is ok but not worth $30. I did have a cup of coffee in the lobby. Clean and nice bed, noisy neighbors, good location. IHOP was not good and also very expensive.
