Great location, pleasant and helpful staff, very safe, nice bar adjacent to the lobby, the room was pretty clean, but needed some upgrades. I liked the fact that the doors to the lobby were locked after 10 pm, so I had to use the room key to unlock and enter, very secure

This place was unacceptable for starters get there its nothing like the pictures, said it was a beach view from your room, said it was an Air BNB even paid for insurance as if it were when it was a hotel, Carpet smelt of mold scared to take my shoes off; Paid $45 per night for Valet as a guest staying there that I was not aware of hotel is 1 minute from parking very small space no need for Valet; The people were nice the room was not the balcony is small and scary cause its uneven. I would not stay here again if I can help it meaning they don't False Advertise dumpster Fire. But the Staff was GREAT

Clean, crisp white sheets, beautiful view. I suggest 16th floor. Free filtered water, tea[ unsweetened], coffee. No one bothered us, we came and went freely on Waikiki strip. Parking is a nightmare...so we payed the $120[4 days] for valet parking- in the end it was worth it. Because you will waste time driving around looking for parking. I advise to budget for valet parking. We would definitely stay here again. Has stove, refrigerator. Very affordable and comfortable play to stay.

Mar 27, 2025BED BUGS, BLOOD STAINS ON SHEETS AN COMFORTERS
It was horrible no hot water was the least of our problem. There was blood stains on sheets and beds which I sent photos by email to the hotel. There is BED BUGS I complained in the morning and was told they would look into it, I left for the day returned later in the evening called the front desk and said it would take some time to process moving me to another room, it was almost 1am front desk called to say there was a room available I stated it’s 1am my neither asleep but can I go to the other room they refused just me moving rooms so I opted for a roll a way bed so I could try get some sleep. I asked for a refund and was told they will have to report it to the manager above of the manager their at the front desk. Upon returning home I again contacted hotel for finally getting an email denying a reimbursement. I sent many pictures of my bites and I’m hoping these bugs didn’t hitch a ride to my home!!!! It’s a disgusting hotel and should be shut down by Department of Health . Angry Renter

My husband kept hitting his knees on the bathroom sink counter... forgot to take a picture
Good hotel, I liked that they are pet friendly. The room was a bit small and the bathroom was something. The toilet and the counter for the sink sit at a weird angle to each other, so my husband kept complaining that he had to sit on the toliet at an angle so he wouldn't hit his knees on the counter.
