    Hindsight is 20/20

    I was placed TWICE in rooms that smelled like mold. The first time I politely asked to be moved, Clark, was rude to me and also said I had ten minutes to get my things packed if I wanted to get into another room. When I asked if I could please make sure the next one doesn't smell, he said "I hear you" and I still ended up in a moldy room! I wasn't even my money back for ONE night when stayed six nights and 3 of the nights were in horrible smelling rooms. Then, one of my items was broken when hotel staff had moved my bags for me. I broke down into tears. This was THE WORST experience I've ever had traveling and it would have been a lot better if that staff member hadn't been so mean to me and if I got a full night, or even better two, refunded to me. There were exceptions to my overall uncomfortable stay- Jesse, Timothy, and another member at the desk (her name begins with an A) really tried to help however they could. The person who broke my belongings was also extremely apologetic and I know he didn't do it on purpose.

    The staff are great!! Hotel needs some upgrading.

    Spacious room and balcony for a Junior Suite, a little outdated though. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were all very helpful and nice. The continental breakfast was a flop, nothing healthy and nutritious, all simple carbs prefab crap.

    Great location, awesome employees

    We enjoyed our stay here! It’s in the middle of Waikiki so expect it to be a bit loud but otherwise, perfect location. Walkable to everything. But the best part were the employees! They were all so nice and kind. Jesse and Michael were very helpful, friendly, and so fun to talk to. I will book with Oasis Hotel just to visit them again!

    Paradise at Oasis

    One of the best hotels at Waikiki: relatively inexpensive, close to the beach and downtown attractions, spacious rooms, beach towels and chairs. The staff is attentive. On the negative side, the breakfast is minimal and could be better in quality.

    Horrible breakfast.

    Good location and really good service. Nice rooms with "slightly"outdated bathrooms 😉. DO NOT RELY ON BREAKFAST. It was much better quality and much more options including fresh fruits 2 years ago. Looks like they wanted to save some money and use cheap stuff.
