Amazing hotel in Santorini, wouldn’t stay anywhere else.
Stayed a week in this hotel in Santorini. The hotel itself is gorgeous with high end finishes in the rooms. The hotel itself is very clean and well maintained. The pool are has plenty of comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas with a pool bar which is open until late into the evening serving a selection of quality drinks and cocktails. There is also a private beach literally a stones throw away from the hotel reception, where there is waiter service all day. We stayed B&B and there was plenty of choice with changes daily. The hotel staff were all amazing, cheerful, happy and always willing to help whether that is recommending places to eat, booking restaurants for you or arranging taxi’s. Perissa itself is a lovely area to stay as has plenty of restaurants and bars but takes you away from the hustle and crowds in Fira and Oia although both of these areas are a must see. This is a beautiful island to visit and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Very Nice Hotel
We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it is a very nice hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is in a great location across the street from the "black" beach (sand gets quite hot in the afternoon), has a couple of nice pools and close to many restaurants along the beach street (and some a short walk back from the beach). We were upgraded to a room with a large balcony facing the sea, which was great, as we were celebrating our 40th anniversary. This hotel includes use of their beach beds across the street on the beach at n/c, but it is 1st come 1st served. They also have someone taking drink & food orders should you want something. It is worth getting up early one morning to catch the sunrise, as it is spectacular from their beach area. Would have given it 5 stars, but think it is lacking a few things that we had in the 3 other hotels we stayed at while in Greece, which include; - no nespresso coffee in room, only instant coffee - no kleenex in room - only one drinking glass in room - no resupply of water in the room - breakfast variety ok, but not as good as the other 3 hotels we stayed at and no Prosecco, which I came to enjoy with oj while on vacation I think if this hotel truly wants to be a 5 star they would need to consider some of these items. Would definitely recommend staying here, but would really like the hotel to consider some of the items I have mentioned for the future, as I believe it could truly be a 5 star hotel. Cheers!

Completely faultless!
We stayed at Aqua Blue for a week and couldn’t recommend it enough! From the moment we checked until we left, every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to the lad who worked on the beach taking orders and bringing drinks. Such a lovely lad who grafted all day but was always so friendly and smiley. The hotel itself was immaculate and kept really clean. We were upgraded to a family room which had a huge balcony with views of the mountain and the pool/sea. The room was really spacious and the bathroom although quite small was perfectly adequate and well designed. Breakfast was really good and had plenty of options to choose from each day. We also never struggled to get a sun bed either round the pool or on the beach. We found the hotel was in a perfect location. Across the road from the beach with loads of bars and restaurants to choose from along the sea front. Every meal we had was brilliant whichever one we chose. We also visited Oia and Fira on a couple of the days using the taxi service recommended and arranged by the hotel. This was €50 e/w to Oia and €25 e/w to Fira which is obviously more expensive than the public bus but all of the drivers were so polite and friendly, all the vehicles were prestige and they provided a WhatsApp number and telephone number so you could arrange your return to the hotel whenever you were ready. Would definitely recommend this. Overall we really couldn’t fault the hotel, staff or location whatsoever and would without hesitation recommend that anyone thinking of visiting Perissa/Santorini stays here!

Luxury and great service in Santorini
We stayed 10 days at the Aqua Blue in Santorini in September 2024 in a junior suite. I booked direct, which was the same price as via a booking site, and I am happy I did. Near to the time we were going Theodore on reception was in touch with some suggestions. First was booking our airport transfer. I had already researched this and I knew I needed a private taxi, which he took care of (€55). We also took a hotel arranged fixed price taxi when we went to "Frankie's Café" which was €20. In all cases we had either a new BMW or Mercedes and each taxi was early and the drivers really polite. On email Theodore was really helpful before we arrived, sharing ideas on excursions, and we booked the evening wine tour and sunset cruise, plus 4 restaurants. The Wine Tour was amazing. 3 vineyards, 11 wines including the last which was a 5 course pairing menu. First was a visit to a vineyard itself, second was a museum, last the cellars plus tasting menu. Our driver/sommelier Nikos was the best. This was our top activity. Pickup was around 4pm I think from the hotel in a luxury Mercedes minibus, there were 4 couples in total (the max. number he does). We also loved the sunset cruise, and we opted for the cruise with the "better dinner". 3 opportunities to swim off the catamaran, including at the volcanic hot spring. Wonderful team on board. I think there were 21 guests and 4 crew, never felt too many people. Our overall best dinner was at "Frankie's Café" (hardly a café!) right at the top of the highest village on the island, Pyrgos. OMG. Views of all the island. Intimate. Great service. The sunset... Our best dinner in Fira was at "Character", and because Theo booked this, we had the nicest table with an amazing view of the famous sunset. We got to Fira by bus - €5 for two each way, buses go every 20-30 minutes, easy and not much different in time to a taxi. Getting back easy too, Fira is not so big so finding the square where the buses go from was easy. The room we had (junior suite) was spacious, comfortable, very clean, balcony, kettle (some people have been asking about if a kettle is available, it was already in the room). We did take our own tea and coffee. Sunsets and sunrises! Amazing. I've added a picture or two. We had a lovely stay, made all the more memorable because of the fantastic service from the reception team (Marilena, Theodore, Katerina and Yiannis) and the amazing Aris at the beach - the hotel has free sunbeds on the beach, towels, and Aris was such a hard worker and always looking out for anything we needed. We loved it at the hotel and on Santorini!

Just what we needed
Stayed here last week for seven nights and it was just what we needed, had a fabulous time loved the hotel and perrisa great spacious room and lovely bathroom very crisp and clean and very santorini great staff especially the lad who works the beach and also reception staff were very helpful, only thing I would say and in no way a criticism more an observation didn't think the pool bar area was pushed enough maybe some proper menus left round the swimming pool area to temt people more and also breakfast choice was a bit limited great stay though and would highly recommend.
