Beautiful resort!!
The hotel was very clean with amazing staff. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as were the dinner choices. The pools were clean, and beautiful! We loved sitting out at the beach under umbrellas provided by the hotel. We definitely will stay there again!

Absolutely amazing hotel & staff
I don't leaves reviews often, but I had to give props to this hotel for being one of the best Hyatt hotels I've stayed at. I was a little nervous going in since I had young kids, but everyone was so kind to our kids. Of course the hotel is beautiful (you can tell from the pictures), so I'll just highlight a few things that aren't obvious from pictures: - The staff: The staff was beyond accommodating. Kristen Folster, in particular, was so kind and welcoming. We had a very particular request regarding special longevity birthday noodles we had to be prepared for my dad's birthday. Kristen was not only quick and responsive, but acted like it was a joy to help us out. They had these noodles cooked (so deliciously) and delivered to our room and didn't even charge us for it! It was totally above and beyond. The food and beverage director who helped (I'm so sorry I forgot his name) was also so amazing. We also had the best experience at breakfast with one particular server. We are so terrible with names, but she was a tall brunette with her hair always in a bun with a flower in it. She was so incredibly kind and attentive, even stopping to say hi on the days she wasn't our server. She made our stay so special, our kids recalled her as one of the highlights of our entire trip. - Other highlights about the hotel: 1. Free car concierge service that takes you anywhere in Wailea and back. So easy and always so prompt (they always come faster than an uber). 2. Free laundry room on the 2nd floor! With free detergent. 3. Many sunblock and water stations all throughout the different pool levels 4. The free activities like the guided kayaking and outrigger exploration were fantastic 5. Free snorkel gear with the ability to snorkel right off their beach was amazing! 6. The area was very well-located, connected to a great walking path along the beach

BEST hotel on Maui
Just returned from our 3rd stay at The Andaz Maui. It is by far the BEST hotel on Maui! You can not beat the location, staff and the property itself! We were there this time to celebrate our 25th anniversary! If you are a foodie you will love the breakfast buffet…it is out of this world!

Our favorite spot
Best in Wailea - little younger and more fun crowd than other resorts in Wailea.. Jaw dropping views of ocean and pool.. great access to beach and restaurants up and down the coast.. December to end of April you can see whales. January to March you can see a whale activity about every 2 minutes from shore..

Not worth the $$
On the beach in Waliea. Sushi 🍣 on the beach fantastic. Smoothie at the market store was solid. Activities desk attendant was above par. Check in was lacking and they were so busy there was always a line. Otherwise way overpriced for the experience and level of service.
