    Fantastic Stay

    Wee got a very warm welcome on arrival.This hotel is cleaned to a high standard,Wee where all inclusive food lovely and well presented.Our room was big nice and had air con etc.Its just a perfect hotel in the perfect location.Marisa in front of house went above and beyond as did her manager.See you next year.

    Awful entertainment

    The worst entertainment . The costumes of the entertainment staff Spiderman etc look like they have been put in the washing machine with black clothing or never been washed need putting in the bin . Entertainment staff have had there backs to the audience & letting 4 year olds rule the stage . Last nights entertainment for adults was a couple of games of bingo with a free cocktail as a prize were fully inclusive!!!! All finished by 10.30 . Tonight entertainment is karaoke. We’ve come to our room 9.30 p.m totally fed up. Tomorrow is Friday & NO evening entertainment at all . It’s a shame all the other staff work there socks off & are really friendly & helpful .food is really nice every were is lovely & clean . Entertainment staff seem to be very clicky !!! Not mixing with guests only themselves & making other staff members laugh !!!!Will not be coming back & wont be recommending you to anyone. My mum is 93 years old& there’s more entertainment in her nursing home than in this holiday complex . Will be contacting Hayes Travel & Jet 2 reps to let them know & will load up pics of the rubbish entertainment program advertised on the walls of the hotel for proof of the lack of entertainment here

    Second visit to this lovely place

    We stayed here for 4 night last year and really enjoyed our holiday so re-booked for Easter. The hotel is lovely, staff are great and we had a fantastic holiday. We booked a 2 bed room which was huge! With 2 bathrooms, a huge lounge and an internal staircase (worth noting if you have small children). The view was great. Food was really good, variety, replenished quickly and all very clean and tidy. Free pool towels with no deposit. Drinks selection was good, entertainment team were very friendly and energetic! Nothing but good things to say about this hotel!

    could be better

    I had a 5 days break at this hotel. The location is quiet. The room/appartment I had was VERY nice, great view on the pool and sea, separated bedroom, bathroom is also good and for once, the water was not running outside of the shower. The pools are nice but are not heated and were freezing! Almost no one using them begining of october. The wifi is not working well except in the room. There is an adult pool and if you stay on the grass sunbeds, then you get no wifi and no mobile data. You can get more signal by the pool. Regularly, internet was not working during few minutes during my stay. The bar drinks are good but not amazing. Mojito not included and strangely, a virgin mojito is 4.5 and a classic mojito is 5.5 knowing that they are just adding the rum that is anyway included in All Inclusive. It was good. Restaurant.... ohhh restaurant.... The glasses were awfully dirty ! Even lipstick !!! The restaurant staff is not very professional. As I was alone, when I get up to pick something to drink, 3 times I had no more stuff on the table (glass ( that I first cleaned) of wine which was not empty removed and so for the cutlery. Even after just a soup! I felt like there was a lot of potatoes and pasta. While waiting for pancakes on breakfast, the cook finished cooking by sprinkling the pancakes with oil, waow, what is that! You may put some oil at the beginning to prevent from sticking but this is it. And surprise when arriving, but you need to pick at what time you are going to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. Hopefully the hotel was far from being crowded so no one verified this. I warned the frontdesk about the cleanliness of the glasses so I hope they did something. There is no elevator, in case of disabilities, notify the hotel first. And good luck with your luggage. Because of the price, the quality of the room (although I had to turn the mattress as it was dug), the outdoor, I rate this as 4 on 5.

    Needs to be described as it is, not what we want to here.....

    A lovely situated hotel with a few good things about it, as there should be, and a few poor things which need to be improved. Reception was ok, not brilliant but acceptable. On our arrival we were booked in ok, not efficiently, but as I say ok. We were sent on our way to our 1 bedroom suite with sea view room . There was just a view of a wall when sitting on the balcony at eye level. Most of the rooms in the hotel had a lovely view with rails on the balcony out to see, lovely uninterupted views..........sadly ours had a solid concrete wall higher than eye view whilst seated on the chairs. ( see photos attached below ). Unacceptable. You go to sit on your balcony when you have paid for a sea view to be able to see the sea, not a white washed wall. We think we have been duped totally. Terrible. We went immediately back to reception to inform them of our disdain. The response was , " We are full and may have a room as you have paid for available tomorrow. I will ask the manager about this and get back to you ".....there was no other communication on the matter. Unacceptable. Anyway, we knew this would be the case and just got on with our unpacking and holiday. So, the room/suite was ok, spacious and ample drawer space and a couple of wardrobes, good bathroom and large lounge which was ok, not very well designed but no comfy chair. A small desk chair and a poor lounge settee which was actually in need of a clean. Not brilliant. It needs to be said that the cleaners done a good job, but we had to ask both times the loo roll was almost gone, to have it replaced when we seen the cleaners outside in the complex. Poor that they did not replenish when required. One of the most important things that needs to be mentioned is that the hotel has no lifts. I could not see any information on this whilst booking with the tour operator. Terrible. Be aware there are a few flights of stairs to navigate on the floors above ground level. All inclusive was the package we chose. Some great drinks on offer some terrible. Draught San Miguel, you cannot get much better, Pina coladas disgusting and almost undrinkable......white wine ok......sparkly wine ok ( but never cold enough and we had to ask for ice every time )....so a mixed bag there...but a great method is that you get a token for 1 euro ( refundable after your stay ) to retain a plastic glass throughout your stay here. All you do is give it to the bar staff when you order your drink, they take it off you and give you your drink. You always return the plastic glass to the bar saving on any mess or waste plastic then re order you next drink. A great idea and one that every hotel should consider. The only bad thing, which is actually really frustrating is that when you have finished your last drink, you have to wait behind everyone else in front of you to ask for your tokens back when all you want to do when you have finished your last drink is leave......so , if there are 5 people in front of you and you need to pass your token back you can wait for a good long while to do this.......there needs to be a simple method of returning and collecting tokens without the hassle of waiting for no reason.....please think about getting a small group activity from your staff to think about improving this frustrating system....... Food next.....the usual poor array of food as in most all inclusive hotels. some very poor stuff and only a little tasty stuff.......breakfasts were good ( but ran out of cups 3 times during our visit was not good, people were just shrugging their shoulders and waiting for the clean cups to arrive. ) ....evening meals were poor, never really enjoyed much on any night. We did eat out a few times locally which we enjoyed hugely if you want to walk about 10 minutes for a change. It has to be said after all my criticism that it is a really nicely located, relaxing spot. The sunrises ( although we had to stand to watch them were memorable ) The hotel in general was nice, but a few things needs to be improved, certainly clear descriptions of sea view rooms as this just made us downbeat instantly upon arrival. Communication if promised needs to improve. Breakfast arrangements with cups available at all times is obvious. Sorry for the negatives, but I think they are simply improved. We still say that the hotel is decent and with a few niggles sorted out will be very a good hotel.
