Uno de los mejores viajes que hemos vivido en familia, excelente atención por parte de todas las personas que colaboran en el hotel,desde el registro, la alberca, los restaurantes, las habitaciones, casa día un show diferente y cada uno igual de maravillosos, ame la comida, la atención en la playa, lo recomiendo totalmente.

Hotel Anlage , Strand und Angestellte waren sehr gut. Zimmer Sauberkeit und Hygiene war eher mangelhaft genau so wie die Kommunikation an der Lobby. Super wenige Angestellte konnten englisch. Essen war auch ganz ok , war immer für jeden was dabei gewesen. Wir waren in der Algenzeit da und fanden den Strand trotzdem angenehmer als den Pool da dort viele Besucher in normaler Kleidung geschwommen sind was sehr unhygienisch ist. Würden das Hotel nicht noch mal buchen.

Transferfirma war nachweislich nicht rechtzeitig am Flughafen, behauptet das aber immer wieder. Mussten Ersatztransfer organisieren. Wurden gezwungen eine "No show Gebühr" in Höhe von 70$ zu zahlen

Not a "REAL RESORRT" Former condos trying to impersonate a resort. No restaurants available.
Resort is a scam, no restaurants AT All. You wait in lines standing in a non-air conditioned room for hours to get a "reservation" only to find out the separate dining room (accommodating about 20 people) is full. If you want separate restaurant experience, stay at a REAL resort that caters to guests, not corporate policies. Per the manager Victor, there was nothing he could do as it was a "corporate" policy. I call it fraud and misrepresentation. I did ask for a partial refund as this resort was GROSSLY mis-advertised. BTW at check in we were ASSURED there were (3) restaurants available, just had to stop in the lobby after 9:30 to make reservations. There were only (20) people ahead of us and then we were turned away standing over an hour. What a joke.

Dreckiges Zimmer sonst war alles okay
Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das schlimme war das die Bettdecke in Gelben Fleck hatte und die Gardinen richtig dreckig die ganzen 10 Tage lang. Ansonsten super Anlage
