Allegra amazing
Diego M kept us entertained during the pool days! And he remembered us from 2 years ago!! Our favorite vacation at Allegro, the food is sooooooooooooo good, the drinks is amazing, the beach is so beautiful, the sunset is amazing and the water so clean

disappointing stay- would NOT recommend! terrible experience and food!
I recently stayed in Unit 46 at this resort, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from the start. upon entry, and the entire week we were there, the room smelled strongly of sewage (likely due to a nearby sewage plant) the unit itself was much smaller than expected and looked nothing like the photos pictured online. the door had a major break in the seal and let so many bugs in- ants were everywhere all the time. the refrigerator didn’t work, leaving drinks warm, and the TV remote was broken and despite calling numerous times, it was never fixed. additionally, both the shower and sink water had a terrible odor, making basic hygiene unpleasant. the food was another major letdown. the buffet food was of inedible quality, with long lines, painfully slow service, and drinks that were rarely refilled- i have 5 dogs and wouldn’t even feed this food to them. to make matters worse, the deli meats and cheese at the sandwich station at the buffet were spoiled, so even if the food was bad and we wanted to make a sandwich, we couldn’t. while the hibachi restaurant was a highlight and actually quite good, the mexican restaurant was awful — our reservation was for 6pm, we were the first ones there, and my food came out cold, and I ended up getting violently sick shortly after eating it. the so-called “sports bar” was misleading — it was just a few game tables with TVs, not an actual dining venue. customer service was hit or miss: the front desk receptionist was rude and unhelpful, which set a poor tone from the beginning, however, I do want to recognize that the pool and beach servers, as well as the bartenders, were excellent and provided great service. that said, for a 7-day stay, we were only allowed two dinner reservations, and only the hibachi and mexican options were available — very limiting, and it was incredibly hard to even get a reservation, despite the fact that when we were there eating, multiple tables were completely empty. the overall atmosphere left much to be desired. pools, including the children’s areas and bars, all closed at 5 PM. evening entertainment was minimal, and there was a noticeable lack of activities throughout the day. It felt like there was little to do on the property. lastly, the beach was underwhelming. It wasn’t suitable for snorkeling, unlike other resorts we’ve visited such as iberostar and sunscape, and there was a clear shortage of shaded areas- umbrellas around the pool were rarely opened, and when we asked to have one opened for shade, we were told no — a frustrating lack of flexibility and hospitality. unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this resort to anyone traveling. the food was absolutely disgusting and 4 of the 5 people in my party were extremely sick for the majority of our trip.

El café Español y atención de los señores Carlos Pérez y Luis es excelente!!! Muy buena opción para disfrutar en familia o con amigos, es excelente cuando personas como ellos tienen a cargo tu servicio y comodidad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

El café preparado por el Sr. Carlos Pérez y el Sr. Luis Pech me parecio muy bueno, su forma de prepararlo es ssombrosa. La atención brindada fué muy buena y la cordialidad con que nos recibieron es muy excelente.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

El café de Carlos Pérez y Luis exelente y la. atención de primera. 100% recomendable para disfrutar acompañado de un rico postre y la familia o una persona especial. Hotel allegro es una excelente opción para disfrutar de unas ricas vacaciones
