All the staff made our stay an enjoyable experience. From the individuals working the front desk to Nimfa who helped make every breakfast a memorable experience we were able to truly unwind and relax in our first trip to the UK. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Mar 10, 2025Everything was great - but a downer that lounge in the basement of the hotel ..but service was great
Service was great - especially Nima in the breakout room who was always welcoming and kind. And thanks to Sajjad for helping with my heavy bags and car. Only downside is the hotel bar is in the basement— needs a bar in the lobby yo perk things up and enjoy the view - or reopen breakfast room as restaurant bar — that’s what missing to enjoy the beauty of the location.

Exceptional time at queens gate
Me and my family were at this hotel for the boxing that was taking place near and we had a great time at this hotel from the introduction to the time we left it was amazing the staff was soo helpful Nimfa and Alexi were exceptional they really made sure our needs where met, the breakfast was amazing and the housekeeping was too

Good great service
I had a great time here and Nimfa was amazing and made me feel welcome in this hotel. I have enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel atmosphere. I love that it was a walking distance to restaurants and food spots including bakeries.

Botanical and ESQ both brilliant
Went for afternoon tea with my husband. Really enjoyed it. Service and food were both great. Then we hung around and had a cocktail in the bar which was also brilliant. There was a pianist playing. Very relaxing. We don’t live to far and will be back. Thank you
