Feb 03, 2025The experience was very pleasant and very chilled, the hotel itself was amazing and the location was great!
Syed was super helpful and carried out really heavy bags without us even asking! Very polite and friendly. He was always smiling and greeted us every time we left and returned back to the hotel, and always asked if there was anything we needed, I felt really taken care of

Great Stay. Handy location. Great staff.
Outstanding customer service and friendly and informed staff. Had a wonderful two night stay had a wonderful in this well located hotel. Team, including Sued and Fared terrific. Nice room upgrade and hundred dollar credit for these stay thanks to American Express. Would stay again.!

Anniversary!
Nimfa was an excellent hostess. She's attentive, Engaged with us in a thoughtful manner, and ensured that we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at both Cento and botanic afternoon tea. We definitely recommend this place for celebrations and will return soon.

100 Queen's Gate Kensington - Fantastic Hotel!
I have just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel, It was my partners birthday and little touches like a Happy Birthday message written on a mirror plus slices of cake again wishing happy birthday. The staff as a team where first class, with Durgesh, Raph and Rosie making me feel welcome, Book the breakfast and you wont be disappointed, their is definitely something for everyone. I loved the degree of security, with your room card taking you to your lift floor. The room we have was excellent and the Queen bed was so beautiful. The room itself is elegantly designed and laid out, and the shower and toilet spacious and full of toiletries and plush towels. The location of the hotel was perfect for a gentle stroll to the Royal Albert Hall, Victoria & Albert museum, Natural History and Science museums. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be booking again for our trip in later this year, Thank you to all of the team at 100 Queens Gate, you made our stay so memorable.

Wonderful hotel and staff
All of the staff was really wonderful. They took care of us from start to end with a smile on their face. They had everything we needed, from an umbrella to an adapter to makeup wipes. The food was also really good. When I come back to London I’ll be coming back here for my stay. Raihan was really nice and kind enough to drag our heavy bags to our room.
