What is Hawaii Group-Ease?

The Hawaii Group-Ease program is designed for those customers who travel with friends and/or extended family, but don't want the commitment of a group contract. Whether it's a family reunion, a destination wedding, girls' getaway, a group of golfers, or time away with best friends, we think they're important, and want to make them feel special!

Clients who book 5-25 rooms at any of our hotels and resorts in the Hawaiian Islands are eligible to receive:

• A promotional code discount of up to $80 per person for 10 passengers or more.
• Destination Wedding: $12.50 bride/groom credit for every passenger booked in wedding party.
• No group contract required!
• Valid on ALL available promotional pricing offers at time of booking

We want to make this simple – here's how easy it is!

• Call our Groups Sales Specialists at 1-800-315-7871 to obtain a Hawaii Group-Ease promo code and more details.
• Then you're ready to book! Bookings can be made by calling Reservations – Hawaii Specialists, or through Personal Touch Desk, or online. It doesn't matter - whatever is the easiest!
• Book as normal reservations using the promo code that you obtained.
• These groups can be booked from our existing hotel inventory, using our regular rates, as well as any promotional pricing offers available at time of booking
• All passenger names must be available at time of booking–no "speculative" bookings will be allowed.
