Want a destination wedding but have no idea where to start? No problem, that’s where we come in. Our experienced and knowledgeable Wedding Specialists will determine your unique needs for your destination wedding to recommend options for destinations and resorts that fit your specific needs and price point. We handle the research so you can dedicate your time to the important stuff (like finding the perfect dress and picking out save the dates).

We arrange the hotel accommodations and flights for your whole group!

 

Hotel: We block off rooms at the perfect resort for you and your guests in order to reserve at one low rate for the entire group! Guests only need to submit a small upfront deposit of $100* and pay in full at a later time. *valid for most, but not all, resorts

 

Flights: You and your guests have three different options when it comes to booking flights with Weddings & Get-Togethers by Apple Vacations. You can either book an Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flight (our exclusive flights option with the best value!), a flight on a regular scheduled airline through Apple Vacations, or use your frequent flyer miles and book flights separately on your own.

We have amazing relationships with the resorts we work with, so getting in touch with them on your behalf is a breeze! Let us put you in touch with the on-site Wedding Coordinator, Concierge, Spa Manager, and more!

And rest assured that when you travel, you’ll have someone on-site to help you with whatever you may need! A friendly face in a faraway place, the Weddings & Get-Togethers by Apple Vacations representative at your service is always available in the lobby of your resort.

After your wedding is confirmed and room block is booked, your Wedding Specialist will create a customized guest booking experience: A one-stop shop for your guests to book their hotel accommodations with us!

Transportation from the airport to the resort and back is included in our rates, so there’s one less thing for you to plan! Just let us know your flight details and we’ll take care of the rest.

Whether you want to scuba dive in Cozumel or zip-line through the rainforest in Costa Rica, we’ve got you covered! Want to create a custom day-long adventure for your entire group? No problem! We will work with our sister company, AMStar, to create customized tours and excursions for your entire wedding group. It’s the perfect bonding experience to unite both families during your wedding week.

Additional events such as the Bachelor/Bachelorette party, Off-Site Rehearsal Dinner, Day-After Brunch, etc. can all be arranged through Weddings & Get-Togethers by Apple Vacations. We work closely with our destination management company to help you plan the perfect events to supplement your wedding!
