    Bar staff and setting everything else is a racquet

    The setting is beautiful but that's where it ends. We are here for a wedding and the treatment we're receiving is incredibly poor. The concierge is a joke. Tipped him as soon as we met have not heard from him once. Since this is an all inclusive they're trying to make you as cheap as possible, they force you to eat at the truly disgusting buffet by saying there are no dinner reservations. Ever. To get one dinner reservation at a restaurant I needed to l the BRIDE to schedule it, unacceptable. Blue Agave food was good, drinks were not. Room service is fine. Gilberto at the pool bar is a delight. The rooms are tired, we have several more days here and if we game prepaid I would be looking for different accommodations for after the wedding. We will not return.

    Very beautiful hotel with many pools and nice rooms. Loved how you can access many pools if you can’t access some.

    The hotel was very beautiful and there were many pools you can access to. The food was okay but wasn’t that good for lunch. The room service was pretty good although we called many times for a steamer and they came the 5th time we called. The dinners were very great and I loved the different types of restaurants, all had great food. We struggled to get reservations but it worked out in the end. Everyone was super welcoming and very nice. It was overall a great hotel and definitely will be coming back!

    Flora Restaurant is the best

    Flora restaurant was the best. Our waitress Flora was amazing, service top notch. Food was excellent very tasteful dominicam/latino food. This is one of the nicest experiences for a resort restaurant. Definitively a must do at Paradisus Palma Real.

    Our waitress in Flora restaurant was the best of all the other restaurants

    We went to Flora restaurant and they had Great service our waitress was very friendly informative and very in tentative. The food was delicious I was very happy with our dinner it was very authentic Dominican food by far the best restaurant in the resort. I enjoyed it!

    Awesome vacation!

    The beach was beautiful, the water was blue and the service was excellent! I couldn’t ask for more from the staff…they were friendly and helpful at all times! Our concierge was particularly excellent! Gilbert was the best…he helped with dinner reservations, recommendations for activities and even made sure to leave some surprises in our room to make our stay the best! Thanks to the staff and especially to my man Gilberto!
