We had a great time at the Paradisus. We stay for a full 7 days. It was very quiet and relaxing. We stayed in the adult section and we had the premium service. Because the resort was in between the shoulder and the high season we had the concierge to ourselves. The beach was wonderful the palapas were plentiful and it wasn't very crowded. Typical restaurant fare. Best restaurant was Sante for lunch and dinner. Best breakfast was at the buffet.

Love it!
We just completed our stay here for the third year in a row. Needless to say, we love it. The staff is always friendly and helpful and our concierge Basilio was the best! He made our stay even better by helping with setting up a spa day and our evening meals. Looking forward to seeing him again when we return in December!

Jan 13, 2025One of the worse birthday vacations ever
Review: I’ve visited Punta Cana over 10 times and have always loved it—until my most recent trip, which was, unfortunately, the worst vacation I’ve ever had. What was supposed to be a special birthday getaway turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience due to the lack of commitment to customer service across the board. From the concierge staff to the waitresses and housekeeping, the service was consistently subpar and unprofessional. There were countless issues during our stay, and the problems completely overshadowed the few good moments of the trip. To make matters worse, we were charged twice for our stay and are still working on getting a refund. This experience has left me questioning whether I’ll ever return to Punta Cana, a destination I once loved. I truly hope the resort takes steps to improve its service and prioritize its guests, as this experience was far below expectations.

Pool bar bartenders
Thank you to Victor, Jorge, and Luis at the pool bar for their amazing service. They really contributed to our experience and made us feel like family. We miss them already! Overall, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Beach was also incredible.

Santè was the best restaurant!!!! Make sure to go there. BEST SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! Everyone is so friendly and kind and the service is top notch. Do not hesitate to book here as the food is also delicious!!!! Paradisus is a beautiful resort with many ammenities.
