    Kendell is a gem at Ocean Maya Royale !

    If I could give Kendell more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we met him at Ocean Maya Resort, he had this incredible way of making us feel like we belonged there- like we weren’t just guests, but friends. His energy is so genuine and full of life; you can’t help but smile when he’s around. What really stood out was how naturally inclusive he was. He made sure everyone felt welcome, seen, and appreciated no matter who they were. It wasn’t something he had to try at; it’s just who he is. You can tell he truly loves connecting with people, and that made all the difference during our stay. He paid attention to every little details- checking in on us, making thoughtful suggestions, and just going out of his way to make sure we were having an amazing time. It wasn’t forced or scripted; it came straight from the heart. Our trip to Ocean Maya was already special, but Kendell made it unforgettable. He’s the kind of person who reminds you how far a little kindness and authenticity can go. People like him are rare, and the resort is lucky to have someone who brings that much heart into what they do. We would also like to thank Juan the butler, Omar and Luis Cortez from guest service. They were all amazing and so accommodating❤️

    Great Holiday Experience

    Staff very friendly and helpful. Waitresses Angel from Hacienda and El Charro and Sara from same restaurants excellent service provided by them and took the time to engage and speak with us. Russell and Maria also very good and friendly. Overall excellent hotel with friendly staff. Would recommend this hotel for a holiday

    Best experience staff

    Amazing time here at ocean Maya. 8 years in a row coming. Always a wonderful time. Thanks to Kenddell, viri, Susana, Alejandro, victor and Moises for a great time! We keep coming for you guys!!! Look for Kenddell and he will teach you how to make the most beautiful bracelets with his kindness and sense of humor.
