Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds.
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
SPRING BREAK POLICY - The resort is a family oriented environment and thus has implemented the following policy for Spring Breakers reservations. Spring Breakers are defined as Students/youth between 16 and 23 years of age.
- One parent or chaperone at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. Adults accompanying are responsible for the students’ behavior.
- In the event that any guest(s) engage in inappropriate behavior disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical
damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the guest(s) without reimbursement or refund of the
remaining nights.
SPRING BREAK GROUPS POLICY - Students/youth are considered between 16 and 23 years of age. In addition to the Spring Break Policy for all bookings traveling March-April, Groups shall adhere to the following conditions:
- Any student/youth group must be pre-approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Upon check-in, each group will be required to leave refundable cash deposit per room for any charges or damages that might be incurred during the stay.
Transfer Policy - A price may display when children stay free, if your vacation includes transfer to your hotel.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.

The staff:TANIA,CARLOS,LEIDY,ISIDRO, OSCAR they were the ones that helped us for 9 days. Awesome, personal interest!!!. Glad there english was good. Customer first with everything. Got in 3 division. Saw some shows. Everyone kept their clothes on in them. Food was well prepared and plenty of options. We have been to 4 of Iberostar locations. We believe this is our destination from here on. Met the General Manager more then once. Was also very friendly. Come here! Words don't describe. Massages were also very good.

Molvis was the best!!
Had such an amazing time!!!! Molvis was amazing he made our time very special!! The rooms were so clean, the food was amazing, the service was outstanding the beach was the best, I can’t wait to come back here next year! So worth every single penny!!

Iberostar
Molvis is the best ! The pool is really good and don’t forget that Molvis is the best ! We were here with couple of friends and it was perfect ! Can’t wait to come Back The food was good and the workers are great Molvis and Alberto te quiero I Will come Back for sure

A hotel you'll find yourself returning to, over, and over again!
We've been to numerous Iberostar Hotels around the world, yet Iberostar Selection Hacienda Dominicus is one we find ourselves returning to over and over again. The hotel grounds, rooms, staff, and food, are simply next level. We're usually pool-people, but we've yet to dip so much as a pinky into the pool because the sea and beach is truly something else. The water is clear, shallow, and warm, and the beach is sandy and well maintained. A huge shout out to our friends running the Star Prestige Beach Bar area and Star Cafe; Domingo, Manuel, Alejandra, Emilio, and Carlos. They're always happy to help you, and do so with a smile. We love coming back here, and no doubt we'll be back for more in the future!

Amazing Vacation Resort
We visited with family and friends for a week in mid-September, 2024 and absolutely loved it. The resort is beautiful and enjoyed walking through the grounds and seeing all the wildlife, lounging at the beach, and swimming in the beautiful Caribbean water. Liked our updated rooms and location near the pool. We did some snorkeling out by the bells and joined with water aerobics several mornings. Late afternoons hanging out in the pool and swim-up bar till the sun set. Evenings with dinner, show, and lobby drinks and dancing. I can’t say enough about how wonderful we were treated by the staff. Much appreciation to the best concierge ever, Octavio, who guided us throughout our stay from assisting in making dinner reservations to answering all our questions (only one in our group spoke Spanish so he was very helpful to us!). He’s amazing and such personality, great guy! He seemed to be everywhere in the resort and could always find us! Shout out also to Alejandra, the dinner hostess who greeted us with a smile each time we saw her, and of course, Emilene at the breakfast buffet who was always so friendly and cheerful! Hola! We tried all the a la carte restaurants with our only complaint being the Mexican restaurant--food was cold and uncomfortable chairs too low to the table! Our favorite was the El Colonial for the French cuisine, the chicken cordon bleu is to die for! We also enjoyed the theme nights at the buffet as food options were plentiful. The beach buffet and snack bar were quick and easy for a bite for lunch and the breakfast buffet did not disappoint. We were a little surprised that most guests were not English speaking, but it made for a very interesting and fun time working on our Spanish. Would definitely love to visit this resort again in the future!
