Estuvimos en familia 4 noches, no nos queríamos volver! El hotel impresionante, el entorno un sueño, la atención de absolutamente todo el personal excelente, amables, simpáticos, pendientes de la necesidad de cada huésped, atentos a todo, impecables... Las habitaciones soñadas , cómodas, espaciosas, las camas, el detalle de las batas en los placares que encendían luz de cortesía cuando uno se acercaba, los productos econfriendly en los baños, la calidad de la ropa de cama , y comodidad de colchones y almohadas...todo un placer! Los restaurantes temáticos que pudimos visitar fueron el japonés que comimos riquísimo y con el show del chef súper divertido, el italiano en el que la comida fue exquisita también, como así también el colonial que nos sorprendió por la variedad y calidad de la comida que ofrecía siempre, más aún al ser un restaurante bufete..El bar del faro se robó mi corazón, por su belleza, para la atención de los chicos que nos preparaban los tragos siempre con la mejor onda... El equipo de animación siempre buscando que los huéspedes se diviertan y la pasen bien.... Cada detalle del hotel pensado con mucho gusto y ensamblado al entorno tan maravilloso que tiene Bayahibe....los Iberostar nunca decepcionan....sin dudas, un viaje que guardaremos en nuestro corazón...y ojalá podamos regresar ❤️

Great family trip!
We had a five-night trip here and LOVED it. Traveling with three young adult children and one teen, we had the best time. Not overly crowded or loud, we could always find space at the beach or the pools. Used the spa, that was excellent too. And the exchange rate was great, we spent a LOT less than we did on our last trip to Hawaii with half the flight time and cost. Two of my kids were scuba certified at the adjacent Dressel dive shop, which was also an exceptional experience. Great staff. Our lack of spanish wasn't a problem at all. I've stayed at large all inclusives in Cancun and had way more waits, couldn't get the dinner reservations I wanted, etc. and this was a breeze!

Very clean hotel, horrible beach not at all paradise, lack of places, we have on each other, no beach boys, they are there but nothing and their outfits are dirty, beaches not maintained, disastrous beach bar, no motivation of bartenders, no cocktail card poster, we were allowed 5 barbecue lunch over 12 days, we were prayed the head that we buy shares in the hotel for a week every day

After a long flight and a lot of waiting at the airports, our arrival Saturday afternoon at the hotel was well appreciated. The reception was nice with a non-alcoholic cocktail and the receptionist spoke good French. We see that the hotel is not complete at this time which is more pleasant. We regret not having a map of the hotel but we quickly went around for the rediscovery because we came there in 2017. The heat is already very strong in March! Meals are served in the large self-service restaurant. Many choices of starter, hot dishes and dessert but the quality is not as good as when we first came. We also found a drop in quality during the cleaning of the rooms (which surprises me little when we see the cleaning staff on their phone), unmade floors, mirror with traces but the bed is well made with some little fantasies with towels, it is very nice. Access to the swimming pool and the sea is easy. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. The beautiful sea! Some shops in the hotel and on the beach after the hotel beach. Our stay ending Saturday, I'm a little afraid of our transfer to Santo Domingo airport, the Dominicans drive very badly (they drive bq left on a 2 lane and the trips are in zigzag). Return scheduled Sunday in France.

A paradise
Very good service, excellent facilities, rich food and the best beach. Also the entertainment guys are excellent, very funny and cool, especially sexy black, acorn, spicy, scissors, power and aquaman.
