    Beautiful Resort

Resort was beautiful customer service with extraordinary idea have a butler cow and prince they were great young helpful with restaurant recommendations anything that was needed I feel loose so the resort needs to come up with the other activities for the adult part of the resort because there was nothing really to do after dinner on Adult side.

    don’t recommend

definitely don’t think it will be somewhere we will come back. I feel like we have had to pay for a lot like room service, certain things off the menu, and the cabanas and spa on top of requiring a $300 deposit as soon as you check in. and at the beach they don’t have people taking care of the things you need and were kinda rude about things and we didn’t really know where anything was and half the restaurants have been closed idk for it to be labeled “all inclusive” it’s not all inclusive.

    Not a great experience

Don't waste your money--there are better places to go. Not much beach. The pool is loud. The food and drink are subpar. I would recommend going somewhere else.

    Inclement weather and no support

Tropical Storm Melissa coming and because I went to hotel website and booked directly then Hyatt cannot help me with my reservations, I have to hold to talk to the reservations desk directly at the hotel so I do not recommend booking with the hotel because of this even if they say that’s what you should do to get better rates. You can only get a full refund on your reservation if the airport MBJ closes (which they have 24hrs to do so within a hurricane)or if the flight is cancelled. Today is Friday 24 I’ve been emailing the concierge all week about cancellation and now rescheduling so I don’t just lose my money however they have added reservations to the email and I still not have heard from them. I do not want to go for 5days of rain and be worried about a hurricane coming. You would think for the safety of the employees and guests that Hyatt would make this easier. I’m still on hold and will be posting how long I’ve been on hold but they close at 5pm today. I’m also worried if we did go here Sunday that the airport or Delta would not be able to get us out of there on Friday am. I don’t like putting my safety in other peoples hands. Everyone I talk to keeps saying that they can’t predict the weather and yes I know that but no one can predict my safety either with a hurricane on the way. I was on hold for 30mins waiting for the Zilara reservation desk and I just got hung up on!!!!

    October 2025 vacation

The food was amazing, the ocean view, the beach and being in Jamaica was amazing. Unfortunately, the resort was outdated. The room was not the cleanest, the floors appeared dirty, and the bed was not very comfortable. Seems like an average resort to my husband and I.
