    Family time at Grand Palladium Palace

    The resort grounds are very well maintained l, food was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room and room maintenance is lacking and need better attention.

    Wedding group

    Bride and groom no perks, group needed to be all together and were not. Being told reservations made 15 months in advance didn’t matter, based on availability when checking in. Room not available for two of our guests and told to come back next day?? Having to get upset to get the rooms for all our group.

    Great holiday for the family

    We travelled with extended family. The resort was amazing and catered well to everyone’s needs. We enjoyed the sports activities, the spa, the pools and the beach all of which are well looked after. Best of all was the kids club, there’s so much for the kids to do. Both our girls aged 10 months and 4.5 years enjoyed the facilities, the activities throughout the days and the kids entertainment shows in the evenings. The kids club staff were all lovely and very friendly, especially Keila. The food overall was great. The a la carte restaurants could have had slightly better food (often it felt like a repeat of the buffet food) but everyone found something they liked and the buffets had a good variety that the kids enjoyed. The service was very good, it fell short a couple of times like waiting for drinks during busy periods but this wasn’t the norm and it was nothing that distressed any of us. Overall I’d say it’s a great family friendly resort that is clean, fun, friendly and good value for money.

    Beautiful Location-Needs work in the food department

    This resort is in a great location, the pool and beach are perfect! Service was great throughout the stay, especially Karina in Las Torres and Jose at the pool. Room accommodations were fine (no bugs!) just a weird tub/shower set up that you have to climb in and out with a stool. The food was definitely an issue as several people in our party had lots of stomach issues. Specialty dining the food was never hot.

    Outstanding Excellence…Numero uno!

    Just got back from a fantastic holiday at the Grand Palladium Palace. From check in to check out everything was perfect! We stayed in a deluxe panoramic sea view room and it was great, the view was beautiful. We ate at most of the alacarte restaurants and found it quite easy to book. We used the app for most of it, any we couldn’t get we went to guest services and it was never a problem. The food is great. Especially the Italian restaurant and the Indian restaurant. Buffet was also outstanding, we loved the donut station at breakfast. Nothing was ever to much trouble here. The lobby bar is awesome, amazing staff big thank you to Rudi, Rambo and everyone on the evening team, thank you for the strawberry gin & tonics and all the laughs and Spanish lessons and outstanding service. The family pool and bar was run by William he is definitely numero uno, thank you for looking after us. We would also like to thank Jesus in the Italian after we experienced the most incredible food and customer service we’ve ever had in the Dominican Republic. Also a massive thank you to all the staff in the Indian restaurant, the lamb rogan Josh was amazing. Special thanks to Juan (Frank Bruno lol)…if you are thinking of booking this hotel do not hesitate, we have stayed at many resorts in DR over the years, in our opinion this is definitely the best. See you next year ❤️
