    great vacation

    This resort was nice and the staff was very helpful. The food was decent, and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from.

    Amazing experience

    We visited last year with our two young boys (1 and 4) and loved it so much we will be going back again this year. The hotel and grounds are large and for us that was great as there were many different places to go and explore. Sunset cove was a beautiful area with a lovely beach and amazing views. We enjoyed the food, we only used the buffet on this trip which had enough variety for us throughout the 10 night stay. We all managed to mix things up each day and enjoyed the variety, picky eaters may not have the same experience. I just hope that have patties on our next visit! The staff were great and so kind to us and our boys in particular, we really felt a part of a big family while we were there. The standout was the kids club. We were reluctant initially but after meeting the kids club staff any concerns went out the window and the kids pretty much insisted going there every day, which meant mum and dad had some amazing quality time. The kids club staff really care and do such a fantastic job of looking after the children and assuring the parents. They are a credit to the hotel and to Jamaica. Can't wait for next time!

    Great family vacation resort

    Overall, this was a great family trip. Room was spacious enough to accommodate our family of 5. Resort amenities were good, but in particular the water park and most of all the kids club! The Hosts at kids club were amazing: friendly, kept the kids engaged for hours with fun, creative and educational activities. Kids loved being there. My kiddo even landed a part in the mini lion king show. (Kids club, A++). Pools were nice. Food was good.

    Solid Resort. Enjoyed our time. Ask for surveys and reveiws way too much.

    You'll enjoy the place. It is a bit older, but you can see quite a bit of investment goes into constantly maintaining the property and grounds. Staff is phenomenal, and you can tell a lot goes into their training. I did get survey fatigued. After check-in, you're requested to fill-out a survey. After check-out, fill out another survey. And everyone will remind you to fill out a review for TripAdvisor and Google. ... I love a company who is interested in feedback, but when feedback becomes the experience, it's a bit much.

    The Best Ever!!!

    This experience is what they mean by elite, luxury massages! A must attend! The massages are insane. The service is impeccable! The staff is first class!!! I will make this an annual vacation and experience! Thank you to the entire Grand Palladium!
