    Close to airport so great for quick getaway

    Beautiful updated resort with great service! Had updated premium ocean view room with large balcony. Extremely quiet and comfortable. Service was good throughout the resort, enjoyed dinner at Lemon Fish in a unique setting. Lots of dining choices! Also used the circuit in the spa. Enjoyed our stay more than another high end resort Cancun that we have at multiple times

    We enjoyed our stay but some things to improve

    In general we enjoyed our stay at Paradisus Cancun; pros: Beautiful atmosphere, comfortable and clean room, one of the best beaches in that area, good food and the service in general was good! Francisco was wonderful bringing drinks and snacks to the beach! Gaby , Abraham, Katrina at Ginger bar were amazing hosts, Uriel the entertainment guy is also wonderful! (Maluma Baby! :-))All of them helped me to celebrate my husband’s 50’s birthday! We had a great time with them during all our stay! At Malva restaurant make sure you look for Armando, Candelario and Manuel when you seat outside! They are very special people and treat you as family! We didn’t have any issues getting reservations for the restaurants and the shows at 9 pm were good! Cons: Check in was very slow, we had to wait for our room more than an hour ( around 4 pm) , all the bars close at 11pm , extra charges in the restaurant for some drinks and food, make sure all your choices are included when are ordering! In our third day a big company arrived for a convention (250-300 people) so breakfast around 9 am and lunch around 1 pm was a nightmare, because all the group showed up at the same time for breakfast and lunch ! A line to get a table and a line to get food! You shouldn’t be dealing with all that stress while in vacation! We ended up waking up earlier to beat the crowds but that’s not right! We saw families standing there waiting for seat! After the convention left everything was perfect but we had to deal with that for 3-4 days.

    One-a-lifetime Experience in Cancun

    One of the best experiences I’ve ever had. From the staff to the activities, this resort exceeded my expectations. One of the staff members, Christian, was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was very responsive and courteous. I’ve stayed at a few resorts and hotels in Cancun, but this was the best. Highly recommend if you’re looking for memorable experience in Cancun.

    Excellent comfy resort! Highly recommend!

    Excellent resort! Plenty of food options, great rooms, and excellent hotel service! I stayed in tower 5, the adults only section, and enjoyed all inclusive amenities. Our room service was also top notch. Christian was our contact for hotel amenities and checked in with me daily, offering the best service and providing details on the activities for the each day. We had coffee delivered and he also brought a bottle of wine, catering to our every need. The pool and cabanas were very comfy and definitely not too packed. Plenty of room to relax. I think the pool food options were a bit limited, but the drinks were great!

    Outdated Resort

    Resort is closing in May 2025 for full renovations. You can tell the rooms are barely maintained in anticipation for the renovations.
