    Kanna beach club

    We came to Kanna beach club for a change of scenery from our hotel, we paid 2,500 MXN each for a seafront double bed and this is then used as a bar/food tab for the day. Food and drinkers were great, Alfredo looked after us and he was amazing! Would recommend a visit if you'd like a change of scenery.

    Stunning sea and relaxing trip

    We travelled in March and stayed in the reserve. Our concierge was ok. I had done quite a bit of research and felt like I was highlighting my benefits then he would book them. The atrium was a lovely place to chill, get a drink, coffee, snack and breakfast away from crowds. Buffet was ok especially if you had something from the grill where they were cooking. Disappointed with the deserts. Not keen on the Italian but the other restaurants were good. I really enjoyed flora and lemon fish. I would love to see an actual bar/cocktail menu. Don’t get me wrong, you could pretty much have what you wanted but I like to choose from a menu to see what I like the sounds of. Beach was stunning. The sea was quite rough but I like jumping over waves. No seaweed to mention when we were there. Entertainment I felt was quite poor and activities weren’t always when they said. We loved the yoga in the mornings. It was easy to get the bus along to the main tourist point but enjoyed being in a hotel that had huge grounds. In the reserve area you could pretty much get a lounger most times and the Bali beds were a nice little bonus, however the food ordered to our bed was awful so we went to get food after the first attempt. Generally a really lovely and relaxing holiday.

    Cappella Experience

    Melvin from Cappella was great!! Was able to make dietary accommodations (gluten free) very easily and overall very friendly and kind! Great time overall. I would definitely come here again. Food was great, service was great, highly recommend

    Karina and Abraham from ginger 2 they are the best of the best. The best experience I’ve had here at the hotel! Just not in this areas but all the areas in this hotel! Most wonderful people by far!!! They will give you open arms and treat you like family!!

    Amazing Experience! Amazing Staffs :)

    We stayed at the Paradisus - RESERVE for two weeks. The experience was brilliant. The hotel has a monumental structure and has a phenomenal team. Our concierge Galdino, the person in charge of the pool David, the waiters, especially Lorena and Gemma, were fundamental in making this trip one of the best of our lives. We hope to return soon.
