Great Experience.
Excellent staff, especially Renan at Agua Marina. He was absolutely wonderful and came back to visit him multiple times during my stay. Beautiful resort for either friends or families. I will be returning.

Great resort with a friendly staff.
We were here for our anniversary and we had the best experience . All the waiters and waitresses are friendly kind and fantastic - Juan Carlos Gonzalez was our concierge and he was the best, very caring and personable. I highly recommend this resort.

Pros and cons but more cons
Beautiful property, beaches and great entertainment for families and adults. Room had constant maintenance issues and repairs were temporary patches. The food and beverage facilities close way too early and there are no other options available.

Melía the dream team
Melía Paradisus Cancun is the best in breakfast service. Kudos to Valentin, Enrique and Roberto Islas aren the dream team. Excellent service and hospitality. If you are in Meliá Paradisus Cancun ask for Mario the capitán of breakfast service. The best.

Old hotel with cold food. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I am a mom of two kids, the founder of a company, and came with my extended family to this hotel for thanksgiving. I have stayed in multiple all inclusives and interesting thing I have noticed about this hotel is service is terrible. I have a feeling the reviews of this hotel are probably fake. Here’s why: 1) We booked family concierge and when we arrived, there were no sheets for the kids beds. In fact, we all had to sleep on one bed because there was no “concierge” available to take our call. 2) The restaurants, even though half empty, can’t handle the guests. They ran out of chicken in one restaurant and the other restaurant had cold meat. Not sure it was worth paying the all inclusive price. 3) The hotel is super outdated. The rooms are falling apart. We paid almost $4200 for these rooms. I slept terribly. I’m actually scared there are bed bugs. Please save your money and go to Hyatt Ziva. I stayed there last year and had a great time. None of these issues. I have 6 more days left here… not sure what I’m going to to.
