    We loved Dreams Onyx!

    You cannot go wrong at Dreams Onyx. Our family had an incredible vacation. We have a family member with food intolerances and she was well taken care of. The pool and beach facilities were IMPECCABLE every day, and staff worked tirelessly to ensure a great experience for their guests.

    Wedding anniversary celebration

    My husband and I admired our stay at Onyx. The staff were so helpful and attentive to our needs. They were all pleasant. The area was clean. Our room temperature was well conditioned. The room was always tidied up in time. My husband and I still talk about the delicious Italian food!!!

    Great Staff!

    The resort was great! Perfect wedding venue for my niece! The amenities were great, the shows were great, the food was available 24/7. I want to give a shoutout to Jorge Medina. I arrived with a bad knee and he noticed and made sure that i could get to my destinations! His English was perfect and his demeanor even better!

    Was a beautiful resort. We had a wonderful time and would definately go back

    The beach and the pool area was amazing! We took a boat excursion to a beautiful island. It was breathtaking with soft sand and beautiful water. My only complaint were the noise in the hallway throughout the night but that's to be expected.Staff was very kind.

    Great resort, leaves a lot to be desired

    The resort has a lot left to be desired. The waterpark, pool, and beach were great. The pool/beach staff and bartenders were awesome. However, the room needs to either be updated or be cleaned thoroughly. I found garbage in the closet, the robe was dirty, and there’s never enough towels. There were crevices that needs to be paid more attention to. You can tell that it’s not being cleaned properly and it’s unfortunate since it is a nice resort. The food was okay, the buffet served the same food everyday, wish there was a rotation. It would have been nice to have a menu by the pool or beach. The in room dining didn’t provide much options. Great resort, but leaves a lot to be desired.
