Mar 03, 2025First time here huge hotel with a lot of amenities.
First time to stay at this hotel. It’s huge. The food options are plentiful. The Italian restaurant was great. Mexican not so much. Punta Cana pool service was top notch as was the palace pool. Mirabel at the palace lobby was fantastic. Cleanliness of the rooms was great except for our second last day. We didn’t get new towels or coffee. I’m not sure who designed the bathtub shower combination but they may want to think about changing that. No matter how you shower the water exits the tub area and fills the bathroom floor and the bedroom floor. We learned our lesson and placed numerous towels around it. All in all a great trip.

All of the bad reviews that have been given to The Grand Palladium Palace are wrong. The room was exactly as expected. Everything was wonderful. We noticed the hot water was out in our room and within 30 minutes everything was back to normal. The food was great. The resort was peaceful and relaxing. The attention to detail was obvious. This resort is highly recommended.

Excellent, want to go back.
Beautiful resort with excellent à la carte restaurants that tastes authentic according to the culture they represent. Excellent buffet with enormous variety for all tastes and ages. We used the palace area and it was amazing. Loved the many areas to lounge, enjoy a drink and play cards or dance. When you go, hope you have the pleasure of having Vladimir as your fitness instructor at the pool area. Wish their would have had some Zumba or other aerobics outside the pool especially since they have a pergola that could be used for that.

Couple holiday from England. Absolutely amazing hotel.
We just got back from the most amazing 2 weeks in paradise. Everything about this hotel from the staff to the grounds is perfect. Food was amazing. Such a variety and everything is full of flavour. No idea why anyone has had any issues with food but I presume it's the same people who are never happy no matter what. Some people just like to moan. Rooms were spotless. Cleaned as often as you'd like and the mini bar was refilled daily if needed. The grounds are beautiful. The beach is out of this world. There is not one thing we would change about the hotel and we are so gutted to be home! Special shout out to Danny at reception. He went above and beyond to help make our stay perfect. Thank you! We will definitely be back!
