    Good resort with bad staff

    Rooms were nice along with the beach. Food was mediocre at best. The service and hospitality was terrible. Never felt to be made welcome or comfortable. Every little and simple task was met with and extended hand asking for a tip. Had an employee put three beers in my mini bar and he asked for a tip, when I gave him $5USD he looked at me and asked “that’s it?” Rude, unfriendly and unkind. Would never return to Dominican because of this experience.

    Improvement required

    We went out as a group of 12 girls for a milestone birthday celebration. The resort is beautiful lovely staff especially Ambar , Danny Jose who helped make our stay comfortable. The rooms need updating and when a fault is reported response should be efficient and not leave people at risk.

    Amazing beaches and friendly staff

    Overall an amazing resort with friendly staff and walkable beaches. Plenty of activities to do for the whole family. Only issue was the design of the bathtub left water going everywhere, if they replaced them all with showers, this would be a true winner!

    Overall, lovely experience

    The hotel had a wonderful vibe and friendly staff. However, for our group traveling as friends, we would have appreciated having two separate beds in each room. Additionally, the wet floors in the building corridors and stairs during rain due to leaks were a concern. Lastly, the bathtubs were quite difficult to get in and out of, which was a bit inconvenient. Despite these issues, the overall atmosphere was enjoyable.
